John and Aaron had done an Excellent job for us on some fairly extensive Interior Painting in early Spring so it was a "No Brainer" decision to get them back to do a Full Scale Major restoration of the Exterior which was completed yesterday. Our house is Tudor style which is 90% white stucco and 10% Oxford Brown wood trim. I come from a Painting background so I've been able to maintain the wood trim during the 43 years that we've lived here. However, I was concerned about tackling the Stucco which was showing considerable Discoloration after 43 years so I had a chat with John .........and After a thorough Power Washing, Lots of Sealing, and 2 coats of Paint sprayed into every crevice of the stucco, Our 47 year old Home looks like it was Built Yesterday! From start to finish, A&A painting were professional and exceptional. When asked for a quote, it was provided within the same week! Not Kootenay time. Impressive!! Also impressive was John and Aaron arriving at the scheduled time, setting up in minutes and completing the job on the same day. When they left, you would have never known they were there with the exception of the walls being a different colour. These lads were professional, cordial and polite. Not having to set up and apply painters tape, (I definitely can't cut in like these guys), wash brushes and clean up the mess was worth every penny! I highly recommend A&A painting and will enlist their services for future projects! I thank them and more importantly my shoulder and my back thank them!!!

Having our entire house painted parallel to moving in was tricky to choreograph, but Rick was flexible with scheduling and was able to ensure the painters could work contiguous days so that we didn't have to live out of boxes in a construction zone for longer than we needed to. John and Aaron worked hard to ensure we were happy with the job being done, including accommodation for additional asks that weren't planned for. We are very happy with the work that was done, and felt we got great value. Thank you Rick & Team!
