Incredible service, amazing staff. They really care about you not only as a customer but as a person. They will talk themselves out of a sale if they know it is in your best interest. Staff is polite and very friendly. They really have your best interests in mind. My only regret was not having someone hit my car sooner because my vehicle looks better than ever after getting it fixed here.

They are friendly and professional. They know what they are doing and they make sure that they are proud of their work before sending it back onto the road. It is never a fun experience to have an accident or incident but they make it easy. Administration is fantastastic! Always pleasant on the phone (even when I've called for the umpteenth time because I want to make sure everything is ok with my car or claim)! you'll find a very friendly staff here who will help you get exactly what you need/want done. along with this, they don't want to run you of your money, so if they believe you have an issue that isn't worth fixing (too expensive, or will constantly reoccur), they will make sure to give you all of your options. they also make sure to get things done efficiently, the only thing holding them back being parts they need to order from far away (especially with covid holding everything up these days) 10/10 RECOMMEND

First time I went there, it went pretty good, They did a good job except I asked if they could fill in some rock chips and they did but failed to tell me the kind of paint they would use, So after a couple months, the spots that were filled, now started to rust and when I went back to let them know they made it my fault saying that they told me that they were using water based and sometimes that happens, which was a lie. The guy who filled in my chips did not inform me of the possibilities of rust or anything for that matter and sent me on my way. If I would have known there would be negative effects on filling paint in where the rock chips were, then I would have never gotten them to do it. I had friends and family say "L and K are awesome and they probably forgot what kind of paint they used to fill in chips and made a mistake, I'm sure if you give them another chance, they will do there very best!" So I went there for a second time to repair a bumper and was very unimpressed after getting a call stating that they would need my car longer as they accidently broke a tail light, accidents happen, I understand that but when they said my car was ready to be picked up, I noticed on my driver side there was a gash in the paint that was not there when I dropped the car off. It looked as if someone accidently dropped a tool and hit the car. I then told L and K and they denied it and denied it. They tried telling me it was a "rock chip" when it definitely was not! So I showed my friends and family and they were very unimpressed as they said "clearly that is not a rock chip, you can tell the difference between a rock chip and gash" and they could not understand why L and K treated me so poorly. I will not go back to them.

Took my car there to get repaired, and At First I was super impressed, Super Nice people come highly Recommended. But then I went back cause there was some slight paint problems or so I felt, They then asked me to bring it back to look at it and I could tell they were not overly impressed by it but they asked me to bring the car in so they could fix it which I was pleased with, and they fixed as they said they would but then I am told basically don't bother them again with it as its not a paint-able part that I was having issues with and that's the way it was before? So why wasn't I given other options prior to them doing this to the car is my question? and then when I get the car back and have a good look at it I see that there is some new scuffs around the area fixed on my fresh paint, I feel like they started off strong and finished weak, I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to go here as I am not 100% satisfied, If they were aware it was going to be a issue why not advise the customer? That is good customer service. If I take something to get fixed why tell me it will happen again in the near future? And the fact I pick up the car with extra scuffs on the new paint they just did? not overly impressed, Nice people Good intentions, But I am unsatisfied in the end. I was called by them and re assured that there was a miscommunication when i was there. I was also informed that the oaint has 100% lifetime garontee. And that i can bring my car back to them 100 times if need be till i am satisfied. After a long talk with Crystal i am satisfied that they will make sure i am looked after and happy.
