Landmark was contracted through Authentic Developments to repaint the entire interior of our whole house renovation over last summer and into the fall of 2020. There were some difficult conditions that they were working in - messy job site and poor coordination of trades by the contractor, and some extreme heat provided by Mother Nature - but they persevered and did a good job considering. However, there were a few relatively minor issues with the painting that came up after they had finished and gone. I phoned and spoke with the owner, and he promised to come and deal with them, but he never did. After that, he just ghosted us - ignored emails and text messages, and didn't return calls from messages left on his voicemail. We finally gave up and completed the work ourselves. Very disappointed in the fact that what started as a great job and relationship turned sour at the end for whatever reason Landmark decided to cut off the lines of communication - very poor customer service after the fact.
