Have used Blue Developments for 2 projects now - one was an insurance job (damaged paint, drywall, trim - and hardwood flooring damage which required replacement) and the second site was on numerous condo suites in one building which required some drywall and painting work after harsh exterior rehab work on the building by other demo and siding trades caused some interior damage. In both cases, Miranda and her trade partners were responsive, conscientious, prompt, and within budget. The work quality was top notch and residents/owners expressed their satisfaction. I was referred to Miranda by a friend when I was looking to have my yoga studio painted. We needed to refresh the entire space but needed to be completed quickly to minimize studio closure time. We closed the studio for three days. Miranda and her crew moved in and completed the entire job in two days giving us the third day to put every thing back in place. The paint job is top-notch.
