Being an Interior Designer, I've hired a lot of painters for my clients over the years. 2 years ago I discovered Warline Painting who work in Vancouver and the surrounding areas, and I've never looked back. I have never worked with a more professional company than Warline Painting. Their team arrived in uniform, looking professional and friendly. They covered all of my client's flooring and furniture with clean drop cloths. There was never any music playing that might disturb my clients and none of the painters smoked. They have their lunch breaks together and work as a team. Warline explained to me and my clients, that prepping the walls and ceilings, is such an integral part of the job. They took the time to patch up any holes before painting and sanded all the walls down with sanders which had vacuums attached to them, so there was no dust flying throughout the home. This was a huge bonus for my clients. Their painting work is stunning; clean crisp edges, walls as smooth as silk! Tyler came to provide a quote for the exterior trim of our house. He was very professional and friendly. From the questions he asked and the answers he gave, I could tell they will do an excellent job. Unfortunately, we are looking for the cheapest quote and Tyler told me upfront that's typically not them. They do a quality job and do not cut corners. If our budget for this job wasn't so small, I would definitely select this team. I'll keep them in mind for a future job. Even though I didn't benefit from their work, from my interaction with Tyler I would comfortably recommend this company to my friends and family.

Contacted them for a quote for exterior painting in May and they said they can’t take any more jobs for exterior painting for the rest of the year. I can’t comment about their quality of work because I couldn’t hire them but I’m giving 2 stars for customer service experience on the phone since I was so taken aback. I would have appreciated an explanation at the time (even better would be q & a, talk of options/alternate timelines) rather than a curt no and not giving any reasons on the call.

We hired Warline to paint our kitchen cabinets, going from a dark espresso stain to white paint. Overall we were thrilled with the finished product. The consultation process was smooth, the pricing was clear, and the painting process went as planned. The painter we had did an incredibly detailed job on site to ensure that every feature was correctly painted, and other surfaces were protected. In the process of masking and painting, the frosted glass in one door was damaged, and they immediately brought it to our attention, said they would replace it at no cost, and followed through. I would definitely work with Warline again.

Not only is Warline a fantastic painting company but they are also extremely responsible for follow up warranty work. Last year Warline painted the inside of our heritage home and did an absolutely phenomenal job. After the winter months we noticed that some of the wainscotting needed repainting. Our home is a 110 yrs old so there was some movement and settlement. Warren who owns Warline came over and agreed that movement in the wood had caused the paint and seals to separate in the woodwork. He sent Tyler, our project manager, to repair and repaint the affected wainscotting. Tyler spent almost two days in which he did an outstanding job. Tyler is exceptional. He does everything with so much care, talent, detail and pride. He always does so much more than he has too! I just love people who care about what they do and Tyler is no exception! I cannot say enough good things about Warline Painting. I fully recommend this company; I know, you will not be disappointed. They are perfectionists. I had requested quotes from four top rated firms to paint the interior of my year old townhouse. While all the prices were all fairly close, I chose Warline because of their payment terms (deposit not required); the work being done by their own employees; their ability to complete the job within a reasonable time frame (used four well experienced painters); and having a certified colour consultant to assist with colour choices. Warren, the owner, brought the foreman to my home the day before to brief him on the job and in addition, attended the site daily to ensure all was as it should be. Some of my colours were challenging – the red wall required six coats and most of the other walls needed three coats. Despite that, Warline honoured their price and did not ask for an adjustment. The fellows doing the work were hardworking, pleasant and polite. My furniture (which I needed them to move), was done carefully and protected during the painting. Everyone who has come to my home since has commented on the excellent job they did. Without hesitation I would happily use them again. Warline is truly a professional firm.
