The gentlemen who run this store are so very kind and helpful! My dad loves woodworking so I took my parents there when they came to town. The place is voluptuous with wood sculptures of all sizes: birds, animals, human figures, santas, and much more; carved pictures and postcards for any taste. What I loved the most was that all the sculptures had their own character! I brought home a phlegmatic owl, and when I placed it on the mantel, my dog thought it was alive and kept barking at it :)))

Awesome craftsmanship. They do all the sculpting on the 3rd floor. Lots of selection but the cats are the best in my opinion. Polite staff and a really fun store. It has 2 levels.

My family and I had the unique pleasure of stumbling onto this very quaint and beautiful shop. It was a year ago that we were in this amazing city and the memories we made at this shop are on the top of our list. We entered the store a few minutes before closing time. The gentleman (and I do mean gentlemen) that helped us was extraordinary!! He made us feel like, well like he himself could have been Santa clause!!! We were enchanted by the art and craftsmanship of each and every piece. We bought plenty but my favorite to this day is a Christmas ornament that was hand carved. It is a ball and hand carved into the ball are faces of Santa. It is truly magical!!!! My only regret is that I didn’t buy more of them. Visit this store and I promise you will be blessed!!! We walked out of that store feeling like we had been blessed!!!

This is most definitely one of the most beautiful shops of wood carved pieces in Quebec. The finesse and craftsmanship that you can see in every piece is mind-blowing as you can see from all the pics. I just couldn't believe how gorgeous everything was. My daughter loved the colorful wooden owls and we bought one as a keepsake. If it was up to me, I'd buy half of the shop. So I very much recommend heading to Sculpteur Flamand and buying some pieces.
