I rate it no stars. They have a policy that requires you to pay half down before the appointment. However, on the scheduled day I became so sick I was unable to attend. I called in advance, but they still insisted by their self-serving policy that I forfeit half of my down-payment. This was no cheap. I refused, of course, to make a new appointment. When I came in to pick up my extremely minor refund, I told the clerk of my frustration and one of the owners ordered me out of the store, threatening to call the police. It's a girly rip-off store with girly tattoos. Don't go there.

I got my tattoo almost a year ago and it was fantastic. I believe my artist was Patricia and she did such a fantastic job, it came out way better than I had hoped. She was so friendly and just made the experience so fun which was so appreciated as it was my first tattoo.
