Just picked up my vehicle from Trudel’s and as usual they don’t disappoint. I’ve been in the automotive trade and am probably a fussy customer but these guys don’t miss anything, colour match is perfect, shut lines flawless, everything which needed to be removed was done with care and attention to detail and I get my car back way cleaner than when I dropped it off. Getting into a smash is never fun but dealing with Trudel’s is never a bad experience. Ivan truly cares about his customers and this is reflected in the level of workmanship and attention to detail. They really set the standards other bodyshops should strive to attain. Well done again and Thanks. I kind of look forward to the next accident now, lol.

I had a rude deer run into the side of my truck. Trudel was able to assess the damage the following day. When it came to booking an appointment it went smoothly, and wasn't months down the line. I dropped it off a day early, and with 4-5 panels needing to be replaced, I had gotten it back within a week. Pleasant to deal with! The office ladies were great, and Mike from the shop was incredible. I'm so glad to have my truck back, all pretty again! Thanks Trudel!

My vehicle has been in the shop for over 2 months. They had told me it would be out of the shop by the end of the month the first month it had gone in (June) and I haven't been receiving updates. I called by the end of the month, and they tell me they won't have it ready until 3-4 weeks and that they will keep me updated. I have not received ANY update at all and they continue to tell me it won't be ready until a later date each time I have called. I called 4 times already and I don't know whether to believe them or not anymore and if I will ever receive my vehicle back. I still don't have my vehicle and they still never called me for any updates like they told me they would

Very professional and on-time with their estimates / completion dates and no hassle and I was 100% satisfied with the autobody work they did on my truck after a deer ran into my truck on a rural road near Wadena. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as my friend recommend me this place and Lori was very helpful and accommodating and knows her SGI paperwork for sure.
