Above and beyond. :) This is an overdue review, my first ever accident with my loved VW Golf I brought to TBS via recommendations. Someone very kind; I wish I had asked his name took a quick look at the damage and said it didn't look good. I had already had the walk around at SGI. TBS wanted to have it mechanically looked at too, so he called "a guy he knew" across the street; I was going to then drive it over and he shook his head . As I remember it he said something like "no ma'am, I don't want you to even drive it across the road, I will drive it over myself"! He was right, my car was too damaged to drive at all and it was 'totalled' off by SGI the next day. They kept in in their yard until insurance could send a tow truck. TBS was very sorry they couldn't fix my car, even offered a ride. Cost? Nada, no charge for potentially saving mine and My sister's lives that day...just well wishes! I apologize for the late review... ????thank you to the lovely fellow who helped and the kind lady at the front. Happy Christmas and continued success in 2019.

I took my car here for a dent in the door. When I received my car back I noticed a clicking sound when driving it. I then check the tire. I noticed a body screw in the tire. I had to put a plug in my perfectly good tire. I took my car back the next day. I told the Manager they took no blame or offered to fixed my tire. Also, the wait was long to get a rental. I won't recommend this place.

had my car in for repairs for an animal strike body work looked great but they replaced the rad ac compressor etc.... car lasted 2 minutes after leaving the shop before blowing coolant everywhere and overheating.... they were very quick to call me back and work on getting the issue right even offered a rental car

Shane is always very helpful with his expertise and the staff is professional and friendly. I've had body work done from hail damage, deer collision and a hit and run. They also do quick, small jobs for other issues. Excellent Service!!

I took my vehicle in to replace a broken window after it was vandalized. Instead of ordering in a brand new window they put in the extra effort to find a used window which saved me money and got my vehicle back sooner. They detailed the whole vehicle too as there was a lot of glass scattered inside. Thanks so much for making this crappy situation a little less painful!

The reception told me the car would be available by Friday, but have made no phone call. I have called at the end of Friday to leave enough time cushion for them to fix, but was told I could not take my car back. The service attitude is also horrible when the problem occurs, I got hand up by the mechanic.

If you drive a vehicle in P.A., you're likely to have some body work problems. Whether it's a slippery patch of ice, or a shopping cart in the local big box parking lot - odds are, if you have a decent looking vehicle, you're going to need someone who knows what they're doing to fix up the bodywork and/or paint at some point. I've been using TBS Collision for my body work and paint needs for probably the last twenty years. I never want to have to go see them again, but every time I need bodywork or paint work, they are the only folks I want to see! The staff are professional and friendly, and they are very accommodating to my needs as a client, including arranging for rental or loaner vehicles, transportation to and from their location, etc. I cannot recommend TBS Collision highly enough. I'm sure their competitors are excellent, too. But they've never given me any reason to go find out for sure, myself! Need paint or bodywork? TBS Collision is the place to get it done, right!

Paint and bodywork always good. When our vehicle was picked up multiple malfunction indicator lights were on in the instrument panel as well as radio code needing to be entered, the vehicle was brought in with zero MILs on and with a fully functioning radio. These thing were rectified without charge at the dealership in very little time. The problem is that someone from TBS drove this vehicle out of the shop and said the work was complete when it clearly was not. The devil is in the details, sorry TBS
