I was a long time customer but this location admittedly messed up my taxes the previous season and now have to pay CRA as a result. Their original refund would have even covered the charges that I now have to carry. They only offered to take care of any interest fees or overages and give me a free refund while I have to figure out how I'm going to eat this month. Sub standard services from a company that should set a standard in this industry.

Amazing service at H&R block! My fiance has been dealing with Sandra Scanlan for years and I switched over last year, best decision I have ever made. Would highly recommend using this branch to get taxes completed, easy and quick process!
