Totally not impressed with this store today..price went in wrong with item told the cashier..she had no problem adjusting the price without looking or confirming..but as soon as i told her its free( store policy)then she said she had to call and check ..losing my patience because i had everything checked in ..ready to pay but had to wait another 10 minutes for her to fix the problem when she was all ready to adjust the price previously. After the first few minutes of her looking dazed and confused i ran through the store to get her the tag of the price. Her attitude was very inappropiate and as much as she was making me frustrated i did not tell her what i really thought of her customer service. Not impressed!

I had 10 bags stolen from me 3 weeks ago, and was just told by a friend tonight she had 10 bags stolen from her cart as well. I warned you now, if this happens again and I catch it, I wont be social distancing

Was at store around 4 or 4:30 today. In chip isle, and the guy filling up no name chips was the first time that went out of his way to help, even though he didn't have to. Hope this gets to his bosses and to him for being s such a good employee for them.

We drive down from Cheticamp for a wider range of food. A little disappointed to drive 2 hours and find the store lacking in organics. The fridges in the health food section are gone and they seem to have stopped selling certain products :( Two weeks til Christmas and no Tofurky roasts? Suppose the Sydney Superstore will be where we get our groceries from no on.

Best overall selection in town. Online ordering is great. They call to go over your order then you just let them know when you arrive for pick-up. Great way to do things while minimizing contact these days.

This superstore location is the worst. We always have to check the expiry dates on everything we buy here because everything is out of date. We’ve gotten expired bread, milk, lunch meat, and breakfast bars (the bread actually had mold on it). Because the location is far from where we live, we rarely have the opportunity to return said items and we end up having to rebuy everything elsewhere. If you must shop here ALWAYS check the expiry dates! Last time we were there we were overcharged $10 for toilet paper. So check your receipts as well! Or just avoid this location altogether and go to Sobeys.

Just spent 34 bucks for two cap off rib steaks. They were thin, and tough as shoe leather. Don’t give me any guff about how I cooked them either. I know how to barbecue a steak. And I dont have a cheap 200 dollar barbecue either. Most of the meat ended up in the garbage. If you’re going to charge outrageous prices for beef then for the love of god make sure it’s good.

Its not bad for a small town; however they sometimes don't have products I am looking for. Many times I go there, buckets are on the floor collecting water dripping from the ceiling which can be a slip or trip hazard. Overall not too bad but some improvements could be made.
