Hit and miss, deliveries come late, weve had 20 bad trusses which came a week late, at the wrong pitch and lots of other issues. If you dealing with them supplying materials based on prints.. be careful.

Poor customer service. Customer service representative apprehensive to answer any questions over the phone such as how many of the product could fit in the bed of a pick-up. He was noticeably annoyed I didn’t have my item number prepared or even the r value of the insulation I needed and had to ask his expertise. I felt like I was wasting his time and decided not to buy from this retailer and take my business somewhere I am welcome to ask questions in order to get what I need. I am also not comfortable giving my credit card information over the phone and this location will not take orders to be picked up and paid for by debit at the door.

This location was okay. They have a lot of random materials and stock for sure - location is kind of inconvenient. The staff were mediocre but who knows they could of been having a bad day? I would suggest making sure you know what you are looking for before you go. Also - they are currently under construction so the place is a bit unorganized - however not their fault due to the construction hopefully the place looks amazing when it’s done!

I have always had great friendly service at this store and many call me by name. They order something if not in stock and many will help you figure out colors in paint or nails or screws if making something and you don't get that everywhere.

We were in the store for 20 minutes and they were not busy. I went to the account counter to ask for someone who could answer questions about flooring. The woman wanted to know what kind of questions...I said flooring questions. She wanted to know if the questions were about hardwood or vinal? I said both...I have general flooring questions. She seemed very put out. I waited by the flooring for a few minutes with my wife and nobody came so we left. Sorry to put you out, we'll shop somewhere else.

Should have went here first! After waiting three days for a home depot order and still nothing. I called Merret's and to my surprise they told me I could pick up immediately. When I got there it was extremely organized and quick moving! Great Job Everyone!

Three different associates all asked if I needed help when I was standing about trying to recall what I came in for or was inspecting various products. Selection and variety is better at some other HH locations, but this one's good for the size of it. Pain in the rear to get in or out of the lot to/from the eastbound lanes, though.

Avoid this location if you can help it! It's incredibly inconvenient to shop through and is not organized well at all! And that has nothing to do with being under construction. Not to mention, nobody knows what you're talking about when you ask for something - the front desk sends you to the back desk (Customer Service), and the back desk sends you to the front cash! You have to go upstairs (NO ACCESSIBILITY) to get to toilets, sinks, taps, kitchen/bath fittings or to talk to someone about them. As mentioned above, it's incredibly inconvenient to shop. Staff is sort of friendly, but more concerned with assisting the contractors coming in than the rest of the customers. Again, I would avoid this location if you can.

My favorite " Darn, I forgot something in the middle of my project" store. Easy and quick to get in and out and they have or can get anything you need. I have to say it beats walking around the BIG orange building hoping someone will help you out! Here, as soon as you look lost, they are asking if you need help! Great Store! Great Staff!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I arrived at the checkout there were about 4 people in line ahead of me. The cashier called for an extra cashier and 2 cashiers arrived and I was cashed out very quickly (less than a minute). I was very impressed with the efficiency! ????

Due to covid, you can't enter store. Needed some 2x4's and some peg board. Called home Depot first. (Mistake!), Said online... Next couple of days.. called Merrett. Told them what I needed. Have credit card , drove there and picked it up.15 min later! That's service, don't know WHAT I was thinking and didn't call them first! Hats off, 5 ????

Never shopped here before Covid-19. Home Depot was closer but now has lineups. Tried HH and what a pleasant surprise! Helpful available staff, trying to do the covid-19 deal—one way aisles, 6 feet, plexiglass at checkout, hand sanitizer etc. All the items I needed and someone to assist me. Lots in the store too— sort of like an old fashioned hardware store. Only drawback if you have mobility issues the aisles are narrow and low placed stock sometimes hard to get at. Great store—it’s my go to now!

Called today to ask about getting plywood cut down to fit in vehicle. 2 employees said sure but it would cost an extra buck. Common practice. Then someone else came on the phone and said " no we only cut boards in half. We are not set up for specific cuts. And we don't have the proper tools." Then how do you cut it in half! Never again will I call or step into. I used to support the local hardware all the time. Back to Depot I go!
