Terrible service. Got the wrong paint, not sure who's fault it was. Didn't expect a refund but thought after being a BIG customer, we would have gotten some discount on the next can. Nothing. Too bad so sad is their policy. Shittiest service ever, zero rating in my book.

I spent over $200 in paint. The staff were disinterested and unhelpful. I asked about colours, looking for advice, and I was directed to the paint chit display. Every other paint store I have been to has put a little dab of the paint in the can on the lid for easy reference; not here. Every other paint store I have been to has provided a stir stick for every can of paint, as well as a thingy on the handle so that it is more comfortable to carry. Not this store. The worst service I have ever had at ANY paint supplier I have shopped at, including big box stores. One of the reasons I choose Benjamin Moore is the excellent service and knowledge. I encountered neither at this store, instead I was greeted with boredom, disinterest and disdain. I will spend extra on gas and use up my time and travel to Toronto for paint the next time I have ANY project, let alone a big one. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.

Very helpful but even more importantly, knowledgeable staff. They know their various paints, and their colours for each, and what goes with what. One one stop, I asked about a discontinued colour by colour name, thinking they could match it with a newer colour. No problem, the store rep. mixed the original colour without blinking an eye.

This is the best store for high quality paint products-Benjamin Moore can’t be beat! The incredible staff have an amazing ability to narrow down the perfect colour selections for my home from so many choices. I have been a loyal customer from when the store was actually on Charlotte Street and now its George Street location. Thanks for loading up all my supplies right into the hatch of my car parked in your behind store parking lot. Very much appreciated!

I recently had to choose paint online and order over the phone. I ordered the paint with Brian and I cannot express how helpful he was! I had picked the paint colour I wanted, but he helped me with choosing the brand of paint and determined how much I needed. He asked questions about my project and what my "end goal" was and made sure the paint I was choosing would achieve that. Goes to show how great their personal customer service is at this retailer.
