I was surprised to see they also send you real-time updates on the process of repair on your car. The shuttle drivers very kind and on time for pick-up and drop-off. I called two other shops in town to ask for a bolt that an out of town mechanic forgot to replace to hold up the rubber skirt under my engine, causing it to get caught under my tire when I drove. The first didn't answer any calls and had a full voicemail, and the second told me they could fit me in next week... The CarStar crew took me in, had it sanitized, reattached, and ready to go in 10 minutes. Absolutely stellar and everyone was lovely!

Highly recommend Carstar! I had a part stolen off my car and was so frustrated. I met with Carrie who was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind, she walked me through the whole process with ease. My car was fixed a lot sooner than expected and when I picked it up it looked brand new. It has been detailed inside and out. With two young kids in the car it was a mess when I dropped it off, it hasn't looked this clean since I bought it!

Every single person at this location is absolutely fantastic! We had insurance work done through them and right from the beginning they were upfront, honest and transparent about the scope of work. Work was set to be done within 7 days, they did it in 3!! My car came out looking just like it did when it was brand new off the lot. The inside was cleaned too! I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Highly recommend!

CARSTAR was amazing. I am so impressed with the quality of work they do on vehicles. I took my Durango in to get body work done due to a accident. My Durango came back to me looking like it just came off a showroom floor in a dealership. The work and detail they put into making your car look brand new again is amazing. The service is 5 star or more. The staff are friendly and helpful. I also loved the real time emails telling me how the progress was in fixing my vehicle. They also had my car done 2 days earlier than expected. I would recommend CARSTAR to anyone in need of body work to your vehicle. Not good, got a appointment had pics taken was told an email of the estimate would be received in 3 days, phoned after 5 days, was directed to voice mail no return call called 2 days later and was told I would receive a call that day no call called 2 days later and spoke to the appraiser who did not know about the appraisal and but put me on hold the came back 5 minutes later saying she was waiting for prices Finally got an email 5 minues later with estimate on the vehicle needless to say I went somewhere else
