We were sent here by an insurance company to get one of our trucks fixed after a minor accident. Adam was fantastic and explained everything to us. He was very kind and friendly. He told us right from the start what to expect in terms of timeline to get all the work done. We just got the truck back and it looks fantastic. The truck doesn’t even look like it was in a minor accident. They also touched up the paint on the tailgate where we had a few dents and paint taken off from farm work. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

I have had awesome service at Carstar in Perth with Adam Dixon and his sidekick Richard. The service you get from them is what I consider GOOD Old FASHION SERVICE with today's touch. From the very first visit to Carstar I have been treated as though I was a family member. Which you seldom get these days. Please stop by and you will see exactly what I'm talking about. I took my truck in to have the rear quarter replaced. It took 12 days due to Covid and waiting for parts. I was provided a replacement vehicle. An AWD vehicle same make as the one I had but a different model. It was great. Customer service was awesome and they did a great job on my truck, decals were perfect. The insurance company want me to use a different place for the repair but explained I got a referral for Carstar Perth Location and they agreed. It was a positive experience from start to finish. So I rate them a 5 Thank Adam and staff

I don't recommend anyone go here. A bunch of shiesters. I'm from Perth. Telling me they would take real good care of me. When they told me I did damage to there vehicle. When I had no knowledge of it. Still in the middle of it. An extra $500 deductible ontop of my $500 deductible for my own vehicle. Complete and utter horse ahit.

Very well run, you can even get a rental after hours, which I thought was sweet. When enterprise was out of rentals, I’m lucky google told me about Dixon’s. I was beyond satisfied, and not to mention I forgot something in the rental after I returned it, and was able to retrieve it from the shop.
