I initiated conversation with Ranmar totally based on reviews on homestars and google. When we first met I was quite pleased with Scott not forcing us color options or anything. He wanted us to decide all shades and once content he would start with the job. We had limited time before we move in, hence it upto Scott on how soon he can complete. He didn’t disappoint at all. We all were really pleased with all the paint job, deck staining, power washing the fence tasks that Scott and his team did. 100% recommended!!

Scott, part owner of Ranmar, came and gave us a quote to paint the entire interior of our house. His price was fair and affordable, and we really appreciated that he, himself, was going to be painting alongside of his crew. Scott painted our new home in September. We weren’t sure if we would close on time, so we gave him very short notice, but after coming for a quote on Saturday, Scott was ready to start the job on Monday. Scott and his team were timely each day, did quick work and clean. Scott never said no when we asked for things to be touched up and they finished the entire house in 3.5 days. Even after finishing the job, Scott came back to touch up damage from the move and any spots we noticed after. Great guy, reasonable pricing, excellent service.

Scott and his team tackled a large job for us in a limited time window as we also had floor installers scheduled before our move in date. This included scraping textured ceilings (an incredibly tough job as the previous owners had used oil paint) , skim coating, priming and then finish coat on walls and trim on the entire house in one week. We also added painting the garage to the list as well….We were a little concerned as there were still a few areas that needed to be addressed at the end of the week but Scott assured us he would complete the job to our satisfaction. After we had completed our move, Scott arrived as promised and brought in “Factory Finish” Mark to honour his commitment. Scott's prices were comparable to the other quotes I gathered however I chose to go with this company because I liked Scott and trusted that he would work within the tight timelines and accommodate the work around my hectic family life - and he did. There were a few minor changes that needed to be touched up which Scott did with no hassle, complaints or extra expense. Throughout the process I felt confident that Scott wouldn't rest until I was fully satisfied - I am extremely picky with painting as my father has been a painter for 30 years, and my standards are high. Additionally, I tried to patch a wall on my own and royally screwed it up, Scott saw my struggle and offered to fix the paint job for me, free of charge, on a Saturday morning no less!
