I met with her and she was very kind and giving.She donated 7 cans of paint !!!!!!! May God bless this business and the entire staff.... Like most consumers I did my research and got two to three bids. Ecopainting was competitive in price but more importantly in doing the estimate they went room by room and asked me questions and gave me options to consider in formulating their quote and in providing some alternative ideas for the painting project. Everything was clearly specified in the quote and the company arrived when they said they would. The work was done carefully with concern for the premises and there was excellent communication between the painters, the company owners and myself. Importantly I saw that the company staff operated as a team and that makes such a difference in terms of employee morale (ie that painters were happy). The company also accommodated some changes during the project and in no way did I feel I was being gouged with add ons or charged extra now that they have the job. In doing my internet review I noticed that the company had one negative reference - none of what was said makes sense from my experience and certainly not representative of the same people that own the company - again my perspective. I recently experienced a 9 week nightmare with my bathroom contractor which was supposed to be completed in a week. From no shows, disappearing acts, working for 20 min and breaking for the rest of the day. And to add to that, they would leave a daily mess for me to clean up in my condo. My husband and I hired Eco Painting to paint our living, dining room, kitchen ceiling, bulkhead, den and crown moulding. At first my husband was apprehensive, just because we had a horrible experience with our bathroom contractor. Eco Painting was the complete opposite experience. Karon is a true gem. She worked patiently with me as I waited for my bathroom contractor to finish the job. And once they started, it was such a relief to come home to a clean condo. After day one we were able to see the progress and knew we picked the right company to do the job. Her staff treated our home like their own. Covered all the furniture and cleaned up after they left. We had Ecopainting in last year to paint our entire interior of about 2000 square feet. It was a fabulous experience. Uma and crew were very professional. Clean, tidy and excellent workmanship My husband is very particular about painting and he said he could not have done a better job. Some days there were 5 people in the house working and you would never know it; they were so focused on the work at hand. They were done in about 7 days. They helped us to get the furniture in the middle of the room. We didn't even have to put away collectibles. We just put them on the tables and they covered everything with plastic and worked around it. The staff were talented young people who were well-trained. We felt pricing was very fair. We will definitely use them again and we have been recommending them to anyone who mentions they are about to paint their home/office.

Ecopainting Inc is a professionally managed painting services company. I contracted them to paint my condo in Downtown Toronto in early 2017. Not only was my request for estimate responded to promptly, Karon drove all the way down for a complimentary site visit. I also picked her brain for paint colours since I was really confused about my choices, however all my doubts were cleared with Karon's suggestions! In addition to the office staff, the painters themselves were really good. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and were not a menace (which sometimes general contractors are!). I did have a time crunch, but Ecopainting managed to efficiently complete the job on time and on budget. I highly recommend them for painting projects of any kind. P.S. I did 'shop' around for estimates and they were at par with competition. Good value for money.

The quality exceeded my expectations and Karon's assistance with choosing paint colours is unsurpassed; she knew from experience that the sandy taupes I chose would have pink undertones which I would never have known based on the sample chips. I have had Karon back to do an accent wall and my baseboards. The job was perfection-she and her team treat your home as if it were their own. This company is great, highly professional, and very learned. I just had a rather not great plastering job done in my apartment. The Manager came evaluated the whole situation. She gave me an extremely reasonable price especially given all the extra ground work they would have to do. They suggested paint colors; got the paint and the primer. The worker who she sent was cordial efficient and did a marvelous job of fixing up the plastering; re-sanding; doing patch work; applying coats of primer; then doing the paint with incredible precision. He covered all the furniture and then helped me move bigger pieces before leaving (I am not sure they always do this but I have some disabilities). He left the place clean. He was completely trustworthy and I was able to dash out and do errands during the day.

We were in a rush to find a painter for our condo and found Ecopainting. They were pricier than other places but we saw good reviews so we decided to give them a shot. Karon showed up at our unit for a free on-site estimation and quickly got back to us with a quote and was very patient with us through the entire process. She also gave us very useful tips about selecting paint colors. They did a very nice job and it was done much sooner that originally anticipated. After the painting was completed we decided to change all receptacle face plates but noticed that the walls behind the plates for the cable outlet and phone jack were not painted. Karon explained that they had problems with them in the past but she offered to paint them for us. Overall we are very happy with the result.

Having previously received in-home consultations and quotes from a couple of other painting companies, I was impressed by how attentive and thorough Karon was in walking through my condo unit, taking numerous measurements, and really engaging in a dialogue with me about my goals and expectations for the paint job and new "look and feel" I wanted. The consultation resulted in a detailed written quote that helped me feel confident about engaging Ecopainting Inc. to repaint virtually my entire condo unit (and also remove the stucco from several ceilings). I cannot speak highly enough about the courteous, friendly Ecopainting Inc. team members who worked in my home. Not only were they extremely hardworking (putting in long hours to complete the job), they demonstrated the highest quality of meticulous workmanship. Their results are simply immaculate and I am absolutely thrilled with my now-stunning walls, ceilings, doors, and trims! As I seek to consume mindfully and sustainably and to minimize the harm of my environmental impact as much as possible, I was surprised and disappointed to find that Ecopainting Inc. was initially unaware of natural, non-petroleum-based paints. To their credit, however, Ecopainting Inc. listened to my environmentally-based concerns about conventional paints (including even "low-/no-VOC" paints) and actually followed through by investigating several non-plastic options like chalk and milk paints. They reported back to me that such products are unfortunately unavailable in the Canadian market at present, and therefore we ultimately opted for paints from the Benjamin Moore Natura line. I hope that Canadian access to petroleum-free paints will improve as painters and consumers learn more about these products, and I find it very promising that Ecopainting Inc. demonstrated an openness to potentially adopting the use of such paints more in the future!

I hired Eco-painting to paint my apartment, including bathroom cabinets, and I’m thrilled! They did an excellent job and were so accommodating to work with. I knew that Eco-painting hired both men and women, and I had a team of two young women (Sabrina and Aiden) for my project. They moved my furniture with no problem and put pieces back in the right place when they were done. They were here at 9:00 sharp each day, and when I mentioned I had to leave shortly after 9:00 the next morning, Aiden came in 15 min early. Everything was left neat and clean at the end of each day. This project had its challenges - there were several corners where the white paint butted up against a dark colour. Not easy, but they did an excellent job. If you’re thinking of doing some painting, I would highly recommend this firm. I’ve worked with several painters over the years, and these are by far the best I’ve worked with.
