We recently used Arkady to remove popcorn ceiling in our living room and paint first floor and second floor hallway. Our biggest concern was the mess we were told caused when removing popcorn. Arkady reassured us there will not be even a speck of dust because he uses latest equipment that no one else has. Of course i did not believe him. And to my and my pregnant wife surprise there WAS NO MESS or dust after the ceiling was finished! Definetly would recommend Arkady. He is does a great job, on time and no dust or mess to clean up after.

Arkady did enterior painting in our house twice: the second floor and a year later - the main floor. Both times we were very happy with the results. It included drywall patching, doors and trims. He also did stucco removal through out the house, with excellent quality as well. Arkady works fast, always shows up on time, never disappears mid-work. Prices are very affordable too.
