Never showed up when they first scheduled nor call, zero. I had to call them. They didn't know what happened with their own people, no explanation at all. The painters called me 2 days later with a vague excuse that they had some kind of issue with their phones and rescheduled a time for the following day. That day they texted me for rescheduled again for the same day. I accepted anyways because I wanted more estimates to choose a better option for me. The estimate was so expensive, more than the double price comparing with other painters. So obviously I told them right away about it and rejected it thanking them for their time and estimate anyways. Each person/company has the right to charge whatever they want, however there is a range price for it (minimum & maximum) and they just past the line in my personal opinion. Sorry but if I had a business, I would love to have my client's feedback to improve my service and products. Thanks.

We call this service on a Friday am for an urgent repair at our home . They said somebody would call us right away which they did. The person that called us (Eric) inquired about the nature of the job and we subsequently send photographs via text. He said he will come by Saturday between 200 pm and 400 pm to have a look and potentially start the work since it was nothing too complicated (minor drywall taping, sanding and painting). On Saturday he did not showed up and when we called at 400 pm he apologized and promised, again, to stop by Sunday between 12 and 14pm. On Sunday, we texted him around 13 pm and he responded that he would have to prepare a quote first for us to approve and order the material which will take a few days, so he wasn’t coming. Unfortunately we missed all weekend waiting for them to show up and now will have to call another service. Don’t use this firm, they are extremely unprofessional.
