I had to choose a star. However, I wish there was an option to say 0 stars. Most of the negative reviews are accurate of the one young lady that works here. We made the error of going to this location. The young lady rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. She answered all our questions with rolling eyes and rude manner. I hope this young lady working on Sat January 8th morning finds something that makes her happy. I hope the owner really hears these reviews. Our first and last time. To all reading, please know the negative reviews of rolling eyes and rudeness is 1000% correct.

I have been dealing with Speers Paint for many years. Their service and knowledge is tremendous. Their selection is vast and they have an excellent variety of low VOC and true zero VOC paints. They may not be the cheapest, but I think you have to consider paint an investment in your environment. You will be breathing it in for many, many years.

Poor experience. We Spent 35 min in the store walking around looking for some paint sample and would of liked assistance in regards to buying paint, the “sales” lady walked around and didn’t once say hello or offer to come help us. Store is dirty and run down from the 80’s, do yourself a favour and visit your local Home Depot!

horrible service. I walked in today to get some information on a colour I saw on Houzz (Indian White 88). Rather than help me, three people stood around talking about how great the last customer was. It's a shame too, we recently moved in to the Glen Abbey area and have a lot of decorating/painting needs. I'm sure other paint centres would like the business.

What a great shop. I come all the way from Hamilton because of the selection of brands and service. Never feel rushed or pressured. Always takes the time to give genuine advice while keeping your best interests at heart. I’ve recommended several friends and they’ve all had similar experiences. Last year, I have painted my house by Benjamin and Moore colours. I selected this brand because it was recommended to me by Sona Bhangal. The brand delivers on what it says its product will do for my home. The brand that She choose for me is easy to clean and the colors stay bright and bold for a very long time. Dries fast and clean, and doesn't fade or run. A lot of colors to choose from & many different types that include take home samples kid-friendly and pet-friendly ingredients and colors. Have dealt with Speers paint for quite a few years now. I lived in Oakville but I moved to Burlington and of recent i'm painting my house top to bottom. I have 3 Benjamin Moore dealers in Burlington I could deal with but after brief consultation with them I returned to Speers Paint. Let me assure you not only will you get the best value for your money, Carlos and staff ( especially including Emma) will go that extra mile to help with whatever your painting needs and concerns are. I was incredibly disappointed with the service. I read comments and decided to take my questions to the store. My questions were dismissed and I felt spoken down to. No one had time for me. When I made a decision on colour and was excited the gentleman was negative to my excitement. I will seek service elsewhere next time. An expensive mistake to make!

very disappointed with this business. very wrong approach to a little money they pocketed off my purchase... very low business ethics and customer service. After 3 months of waiting and multiple phone calls and 3 times of ordering and reordering my order of wall paper, they POCKETED the discount they promised me in the beginning so that I don't return the product . How pity is that, so unethical, shame on you. I think the management/owner of the store is changed. people be cautious, stay away.

I work in the area so I stopped by this Benjamin Moore store on Speers road. Got the paint I needed, they were very happy and now I know why. I live north of the QEW in Oakville and went to my Benjamin Moore store on Trafalger, south of Dundas. These guys on Speers totally ripped me off !!!!! 4 dollars more expensive for the same paint. Now I know why the guy was so happy that server me...will never go back.

After multiple attempts to get a color right...my partner and I started to become stressed. We tried one more time and came into this store. The Manager came out to help and in about 5 minutes she could visualize the exact color based on our descriptions of what we've already tried. In my head and out loud I called her the paint sorcerer because she nailed it!. I'm happy she uses her powers for good and not evil. Excellent experience based on her experience. One thing though...the music in the front of the store is slightly off FM frequency. If I was an employee and had to listen to static filled music all day I'd likely require a prescription from my doctor.

I wouldn’t take what the negative review below says seriously. As a contractor that frequents this store on a daily basis I can say that Speers Paint provides top notch service. All my orders are processed and ready right away and all the staff is knowledgeable and professional. The owner Sona is extremely loyal to the contractors who are loyal back. Marlene the in house color expert and manager has a great eye for color and is fantastic with color matching anything you bring to her be it stain, paint, or anything colored. I’m happy to say this is my primary Benjamin Moore store and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to buy their paint here. Ryan The Paint Co.
