Derek from Benjamin Moore Paintescapes west in Oakville was amazing! We had a big renovation project of turning an industrial warehouse into a gym and had no idea where to start when it came to colours or the type of paint or how much we needed. After showing him the space and flooring samples he was able to recommend products that looked great, were easy to use and long lasting. If you have a commercial or home project, I would highly recommend these guys!

The girl working there is phenomenal, she knows the colors like the back of her hand, no frills, no BS, just good information from years of doing what she does and doing a great job at that. Very rude and unhelpful person in service ( men). I needed sample of paint and heard that it takes him too long ( over an hour) do it for me the color I wanted. It should be the shade he choose ...... wanted to charge me 38$ for little sample because” it wasn’t worth it to waste his time “.. The same service I got at Home Depot for 5.95 with nice smile ????. Too bad now HD paint department is under lock down .

I have bought paint at this place once and was surprised by very rude service. Very stressful experience. I will never go back. If you need Benjamin Moore paint go to Painter's place on Dundas instead!

Don't listen to the previous review. My husband is a contractor and we have bought paint here numerous occasions over the last several years. Everyone there is fantastic. First rate, go!

Ordered Maibach wood siding matching stain. Color wasn't even close . when I expressed my disappointment with the service received, the seller informed that it was the best they could do and i could ether buy failed attempt or ore gie elsewhere. I felt like an unwanted client

If you need paint, this is the place to go! The customer service is amazing and they have all of the essentials at a competitive price versus the big box stores. We bought $500+ worth of paint and supplies, and we will definitely be going back for more. This isn't the closest Benjamin Moore store for me, but the customer service is was what is making me go back.
