They deliver, they assist with paint both the contractors and retailers to their vehicles, always ready to give a helping hand.

Terrible experience, gave this store about $2000 business and Chris the owner of the store completely refused to admit that they mixed a quarter wrong.... on top even when a lady working at the store admitted that they looked different.... all he had to say is I am going to find something if I keep looking hard enough....terrible customer service. .... never bringing my business here again..... absolutely disappointed

Great experience! During the pandemic we contacted them for the first time. Linda was incredibly helpful over the phone, advised us well on the quantities to buy. She literally said “I don’t want to over sell you”. Because we signed up for their client list, we got a 15% discount. To make things better, they sent out an email the Sunday of the long weekend saying they would be open in Victoria Day. It’s a pleasure to support local businesses like this!

I had really good experience with this store recently. On Christmas Eve, 2mins before they were closing down for the holidays, I made a desperate phone call to arrange extra paint for the work in progress paint job. Instead of refusing to take the order, the lady who attended the call was kind enough to take the order and also offered to deliver the paint at my doorstep. This is very rare customer service in this day and age. So, thank you very much for your help, you saved my day!. Although, your store is in another city than where I live, this is my go-to place for future paint needs.

Andrea has been extremely helpful to me helping me to choose the right colours for my girls bedrooms. I would like to start by saying that I have been attending this paint store for over a year, and I have been impressed. The store has high quality items, from paint to brushes, calking etc. The prices are not cheap, but that is to be expected when purchasing high quality paint products. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Never seeming to be in a rush to deal the public, making for a consistent pleasurable experience.

Perhaps I'm just another unreasonable customer. But I thought I will share my experience today. I ordered a few gallons of paint over the phone. I provided the color number on the cap of a sample I purchased from this store. It turned out to be a wrong color number compared with the label on the side (I attached a picture of the sample paint). My bad I didn't double check. The store was emphasizing that I should have confirmed the color name and it was my fault. I expected this can be replaced but ended up paying for a new order with 50% off. I was very disappointed on how this was communicated and handled.

The lady that works there isn’t very nice or helpful. She kept me and another customer waiting while she was in the back mixing paint for 30 minutes. When the other lady asked if she could come out quick and take her order so at least it would be done when she got back later she said no she has to wait till after 9 am because she is finishing something. I have been to this location twice and have got the same lady. Won’t go back try the Benjamin Moore on Dundas by spoon and fork they are soo nice and super helpful!

Would not recommend you using their website or calling in with a credit card to purchase paint. I get it, it's easier to do but your info is kept on a piece of paper and is not disposed of once the purchase is made. This makes it very easy to have your card info stolen or misused. The tickets with your card number are kept by the store and are NOT put under lock and key or a safe. PLEASE make sure if you do purchase paint you are getting the proper discounts you are entitled to. EXAMPLE: if you purchase more than 5 gallons of paint you should get a discount of $5/per gallon which they "forget" to give. There is literally a Benjamin Moore less than 5 mins from this one owned by a different person, I would recommend just taking your business there or to a different paint company all together. . ( this is an edit to my post after the owners contacting google) I do not understand what is not truthful about this review and have no reason to lie. This is a hard time that we are in currently and I am only writing a review on my experience.

No returns on typically returnable items during Covid-19 is a BIG NO, NO for someone like myself that spends a lot and wants to shop with confidence. Unfortunately I won't be shopping here while this policy is in effect. I'm not sure why they have not figured this out yet when Home Depot, Lowes, Rona and Canadian Tire have maintained their return policy and still keeping customers re-assured that buyers remorse will not be an issue during these difficult times. Even Sportschek is taking back clothing items during Covid and quarantining clothing items. Seems to me customers will gravitate to where they feel they can buy with confidence. At least that's what I find myself doing and won't shop here for anything during Covid now that I'm aware of their return policy.
