I split my home renovations between multiple contractors and one of them was redstone - they did about 80% of the work in the house and rest of the contractors did 20% and my only regret was not giving all of the work to redstone - Tony and his team did a fantastic job renovating kitchen, washrooms, floors and paint. The best part about Tony is that He is passionate about what he does - this is such a necessary and yet rare quality in this line of work. He has brilliant ideas and does not over charge you like so many other contractors out there . His work is honest and done with passion and outstanding skill. I rarely leave reviews on the internet but Red Stone Contractors deserve more recognition! We had a kitchen renovation project and while we had our kitchen designer and stone specialists referred through family and friends we were struggling to find good contractors. We needed help with some remodeling for things like moving a kitchen sink and appliances to different locations, removing bulkhead and backsplash, closing one entrance to the kitchen and install new wall, patching, moving electrical outlets, installing new pot lights, and a lot of other stuff. We gathered multiple quotes from different contractors and we are so glad that we chose RSC! Starting from the quote the whole experience was super positive. This type of work in our whole project was the most stressful for us as the kitchen design depended on it and had to be done right. RSC contractors made sure that everything has gone smooth without any stress. Super nice staff, very pleasant to work with but most importantly they listen to their customers and provide very professional service. We would like to say a special "Thank You" to Shuki and his team for doing all the work! The end result was fantastic! They've always been very punctual and completed the whole project on time and with no surprises on the end bill. I can't recommend them more and definitely will not think twice about hiring them when we are ready to start the next project and renovate our main bathroom.

We hired Red Stone Contracting to do a main bathroom and ensuite reno and update, based on their website, testimonials, ratings, local realtor advertisement, start of reno, showroom, and the claim that they are professionals who could do the job. This turned out to be a BIG, BIG MISTAKE! We have dealt with numerous contractors over our four decades of home ownership, and I can say without a shadow of doubt, that RSC is the most pernicious and incompetent company we have ever encountered. After accepting an initial payment to begin the reno, the disingenuousness began, by pushing out the start date with one excuse after another. Finally on Nov 13/2020, the reno began, two months after the initial start date. The main bathroom reno should have taken 4-6 weeks at maximum. It took Red Stone Contracting close to 5 months to complete, and the results are amateurish. Since we are essential workers on the front line of fighting the COVID outbreak, this botched reno added a lot of stress over the 5 month period, to an already stressful work situation. The renovated shower in the main bath is not usable and a complete failure, due to improper installation, a lack of knowledge, understanding, execution skills, workmanship and oversight. There is damage to the interior and exterior of the house, which was caused by RSC, that was left unrepaired. Communication with the owner of RSC, who goes by the name of Shukri, is very poor, you constantly have to reach out to him, otherwise there is silence. When Shukri is confronted with a questioning attitude, his response is a blank stare, denial, excuses, followed by disingenuous statements, never a solution or accountability. RSC would fall into the category of the nightmare contractor, as seen on HGTV, that does a reno, before someone else comes in to do it right. Needless to say, they are not doing the ensuite reno, for very obvious reasons.
