Gee is not only good contractor he is good person whatever he mentioned in reply to the guy is right because you can't rent your basement without occupancy permit this is illegal , don't trust guys like that , i really like their quality.

Worst Contractor ever i found, he took the money and run away, never ever give him work, otherwise you will regret, we hired to finish our basement, our mistake is we trusted him and gave him all money, he started the work but run away in the middle, didn't finish the job stay away from the fraud guy. most importantly he is just a painter, he hired other unprofessionals to do any kind other job, he dont know anything how to do renovations, and he is very unprofessional. stay away from this fraud guy.

Gee and his different teams are very great to their work amazing workmanship, quality work , and always on time 7 am in morning gee has 18 workers and other sub contractors i will recommend them to evryone who wants their commercial and high rise work done, the guy who left reveiw who is keeping tenants into his basement himself doing illegal thing should be chargedby city.
