Excellent service and beautiful colours. I love the colour Tallow in the main living areas. Craig is a delight to work with and helped me with many of my questions and gave great tips for me including painting the baseboards as well. Looking forward to painting the bathrooms in Peignoir next. For a first time home buyer I did not get the help from any other paint store in the Burlington area like I did with Farrow and Ball and it was a relief to finally find paint samples that I liked. Warm, inviting, and refined paint choices. I love that there aren’t hundreds of colours to choose from as well... definitely recommend F&B. My mom who has painted many times over the years was impressed with the quality of the paint as well. We made it look professionally done buy by DIYers.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Craig. I was sent to buy Farrow and Ball by an interior designer friend who swears by the paint. I needed the right paint for the background in my video calls. The matte finish is perfect for camera and I get so many compliments on my set-up. My order wasn't a large one but Craig treated me the same as if I was buying gallons to redo a whole home. Highly recommend and I talk about this store everytime someone asks me about the colour of my zoom backdrop.

It was my first time purchasing Farrow & Ball products. Had a poor experience with the Yorkville (Toronto) Farrow & Ball service. However, at this Oakville location, Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very thorough in answering all my design questions. You can tell he is very invested in his products. Would highly recommend. I am looking forward to receiving the products I ordered :)

Simply Amazing service.... I can't recommend this store enough, I was dealing with another paint supplier which was overall good. I moved to Oakville just over a year and found this place and I can't express how satisfied I am with every purchase. Craig is amazing to deal with and he will go out of his way to assist you, even safely hand deliver to your home. We had a small hiccup, no fault of his and he was very accommodating to ensure I was completely satisfied. After using Farrow and Ball wallpaper and paints, I'll never go back to using any other products.

CAUTION CAUTION - Be very careful when dealing with this particular store. No room for errors. We inadvertently had a gallon of primer which we wanted to exchange or put towards the cost of a gallon of paint. We were told "NO". I certainly appreciate that when paint is ordered in special for a customer that given the special nature of Farrow & Ball paint it may not be returned/exchanged - but this was basic primer. In addition, we had to make two trips to the store in order to purchase two gallons of paint - as our first order was never processed!!! Honestly, really not impressed and cannot recommend.

I popped into Hansen & Lubbers last week to buy a tester pot of Farrow & Ball's "Rectory Red." Craig, one of the co-owners, was very pleasant to deal with and while I was there he showed me some gorgeous F & B wallpaper samples. The store is lovely to look at, too! Thank you, Craig.

Very poor customer service. Apparently this is at least the second time customers have purchased primer when not needed and then we’re unable to return it. Primer was not opened. Richard failed to advise that the primer is a pre mix and considered a custom blend. As a customer and not a paint expert we looked to him for guidance and received less than that. Would not ever recommend this location to anyone! We gave yet to see about the quality of the paint.
