Lucas and the team were fantastic to work with! Their price was fair, the quality paint looks like it'll hold up for years to come, communication was great, and most importantly, they did an amazing job painting our Industrial building with steel siding...which used to be a cracked, pealing, rusty mess. Lucas and Brian were amazing. Very easy to communicate with when setting up times and dates and very accessible at all times. The three day job was completely pain free on our end. These guys did a great job painting our siding/eaves/soffits and fascia. Our old aluminum siding hadn't been painted since the home was built in the 1970s and looked awful. Elite took the time to sand it all down, paint it nicely and match all the gutters and details nicely. They also helped me touch up two functional but badly peeling old porch lights in a nice new matte grey that looks way better. Lucas was easy to deal with, worked around my odd work hours and helped me keep the project within my budget. Would hire them again!

I put off painting my home for so long. In the past, we had a bad experience bringing in a professional that overcharged and under delivered. Painting seemed too daunting of a task to take on, especially the time, disruption to our daily lives and clean up. I even tried doing myself, when I had time, but we quickly realized that was not the right solution. So, I took the plunge and did my research, read countless reviews and made a short list of five reputable companies to provide a quote. I received two quotes over the phone and three written quotes that included on-site visits. I was immediately impressed with Lucas' professionalism and knowledge. He explained Elite's whole process, which immediately put me at ease. The on-site visit was very thorough, and he took the time to note and address all of my requests and concerns. Elite's quote was detailed but easy to follow. Their quote was not the lowest, but very competitive. I was not looking for a bargain - but value: quality and timing at a reasonable price. Elite's friendly crew arrived on time each day. They prepped and thoroughly cleaned up each day. They even took down everything from our walls including artwork, mirrors, clocks, which is part of their processes (none of the other quotes included it). The repair work was very well done. They even took on an additional request and removed the "builder special" huge ceramic towel rack that was glued to the wall in our bathroom (if you have them - you will especially appreciate the removal!). The quality of paint, workmanship, service and professionalism was outstanding. Lucas followed up with a walk-through to identify any touch ups and make sure that I was nothing less than thrilled with the final work. The entire experience was stress-free and the quality of work was excellent. Why did I take so long to decide to take the plunge? So, if you are putting off painting your home - take the plunge and give Lucas at Elite a call.

I hired Elite Trade Painting (Lucas and his crew) after having previously hired and been unhappy with a previous contractor's work (painted my ceilings). I hired Elite Trade because they were honest and quick to put me in their schedule. There were no surprises and he was very knowledgeable. They showed up on time and were able to apply 2 coats of ceiling paint all in the same day as well as take down and re-install all 65 potlights in the house. There was a small area that needed to be gone over again and without issue, came back first thing the next day and corrected the issue immediately. If I had've hired them in the first place, I would've saved myself alot of time, money and headaches!

Lucas and his team bit a beautiful job entirely painting everything in a 4 year old condo that I had leased out for the time. I decides since everything was original and white it needed a makeover. I was going to move into it so I wanted it nice. I received the condo and it was back in my hands in a day and a 1/2. It was small Condo but with Lucas and his 4 guys set up they all work well as a team. The only person who screwed up was me. On the day they arrived I changed my mind on some colors, walls and extra drywall repair. We started briefly to discuss how much more but I waived him off and said you treat me fair and I'm fine. Just do a good job. They did. Before completion I had been to bank and put what I thought was fair in a envelope. He told me how much. That was exactly what was in the envelope. I told him I had only taken a quick look and he finished my sentence by saying we will come out and fix anything you find of course. Upon closer inspection all was fine. I would not hesitate to hire Lucas and this fine team of go getters. Job well done
