I hired Nico the owner of NextGen because I was in a rush. My regular painter was busy for another week. From my experience Nico does not deliver on his agreements. He said his crew would work through the weekend to get the job done and only Nico turned up for a few hours. He said he would put on two good coats and in the end I probably got 1 to 1 ½ Coates. He was quick to wanting me to pay for another coat of white for an additional $200, when really he could have used a higher level of pigmentations and it would have been fine. Lastly he said he would get me some extra paint at cost but I paid retail. $60 vs $40). I never feel as if I should walk around and point out mistakes in a paint job. When I did, Nico seemed to think this was normal. I never ever had to do this before. All in all, Nico didn’t give me a lot of faith he was looking after my best interests, if I could go back, I would have redone the contact with way more details and procedures. Then again if I could have gone back in time, I would not have hired him or his company. Way too much confrontation... and poor customer service.

I wish I had read the previous review before my husband hired them. Owner doesn't take feedback well and when we asked why they didn't wipe around the window frames first before painting over the dust..... he just stared at me.....
