Super professional and the pricing was unbeatable! Quality was certainly unmatched. Would recommend for any sort of painting. To detail makes Elegant Paintmasters the place to go. Brian helped the shop paint two walls, but also taped and mudded. The only complaint is once he paints one wall, or one portion of the wall, you'll have to paint everything else too.

Brian is a bluff package par excellence! He presents himself as pro, but he is actually not so talented and running away from simple tasks. He is inaccurate in many things he does and trying to blame the client as if he is the problem. However, it is him without even noticing! Two simple openings in the dry wall about the size of a cigarette package and he asks for $400 add on! This is done within less than one hour and then another 15 minutes. He was claiming 3 days for this job! One good tip for everybody having a painting job in Edmonton: Go and get someone else even someone who is more expensive. Brian will not stick to his first estimate and complain about unknown difficulties. Unexpected troubles are waiting for you with him. Be warned.

I wanted an accent wall in my living room. Brian saw my vision and brought it to life. He repaired all the damages to the wall prior to painting and when it was finished it looked entirely professional. As such, I called him back to paint my powder room and add a textured wall. He did a phenomenal job!! It is now my favourite room in my house. Brian was so easy to work with. He responded to my many messages in a timely manner and was so patient with me when I was indecisive. He will always be my go to paint guy and I would recommend him always. Thanks Brian!

Brian was nice, reliable and showed up on time. However, the 45 $/hr rate (excluding paint) is not consistent with the level of skill demonstrated by this painter. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s on par with someone just starting out into the trade. He tended to leave excessive brush marks, splattered paint on finished areas and the cutting was sloppy, especially around kitchen cabinets. I wish I had known this in advance as I paid him quite a bit of money thinking I was getting professional results. In the end, I had to bring in another painter to fix his work which costed me more money than I had budgeted. Update to address owner's reply: 1) I've attached a picture of the contract which clearly states $450/day at 10 hrs equating to 45$/hr. 2) The subpar work was as a matter of fact delivered by yourself.
