We dropped off an oil painting for assessment in August 2018 and they said they'd be in touch in a few weeks. It's been 15 months and we are still trying to move this forward. Planning to pick up the painting soon (without any work having been done). If you have work done here, make sure you take a photo of it first, and keep the invoice.
