My brand new car was scratched and dinged with a grocery cart last Friday. I called Dent Wizard and they scheduled my appointment for the next business day. Jason repaired the dent and Jared was able to remove the scratches - it now looks as if no damage ever occurred. The entire job was done within 30 mins. I’m so glad Dent Wizard was recommended to me, they are very meticulous and clearly care about the work they do for their customers. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Had a small scratch on my driver's side door and went to dent wizard for a quote. Seemed like I was inconveniencing the guy at the counter when I asked him to have a look and give me a quote. Quote was 400$ more than other body shops in the area and when I asked for details on what they were actually going to do to fix the door the guy wouldn't elaborate and just told me 1000$ plus tax. Would recommend boutilers auto body which is only a couple buildings over. They explained exactly what they were going to do to fix my door, they fixed my door to where you would never know anything ever happened to it and it was way cheaper than the quote from dent wizard. I've heard great things about this place and I know they can do good work which is why I went in but not impressed with the prices or their customer service.

I had a huge dent on my engine hood that was half way under the hood protector it's something like a bug deflector but Lay's flat on the hood they got that dent out without removing the hood protector it was amazing and they removed some scratches on the truck box and touched up afew spots that had chips of paint and Clearwater chipped off overall they did a good job and the price was right good rates I would good there again if I ever need to have repairs done again I would recommend they to anyone.

Had a small dent on the lower half of my passenger door. My technician Jason worked the dent out from the inside while I waited (less than two hours) and did a perfect job for $150. You would never know there was a dent there and the factory paint is fully intact. Really satisfied.

In the past I had some dent repair work that was acceptable but wasn't fully removed and thus was given a full refund for the service. Just recently had my son's car in there for paint work on the drivers door and the hood. The hood was acceptable but the drivers door wasn't. I didn't even match the the original color which was white. You can now look at the door and easily see the difference. The door also has small areas on the lower section where they missed when painting and just clear coated over it. And there's areas where the clear coat wasn't applied. Of all the body paint jobs I've had done over the years, this is surely the worse. An infant could have done much better. UNSAT & very disappointed.

I have had four cars that needed dents and dings removed. Every time I had Jason B. from the Hartford branch respond. Some of the dents were significant, and the dings were in tough spots to either access. He fixed them like new. After watching him it’s not only a skill, but almost an art. Worth the time and money for sure.

It's debatable that the Disney character Fit-it Felix is based on PDR tech Jason Dery. Jason's work can only be described as magic! After 10+ years of seeing his work, I'm still amazed at dents and dings he is able to remove with perfection. Before spending your hard earned money on paint and bodywork, stop and see Jason first. There is a good chance he can save you hundreds, perhaps even thousands in some cases! If your damage is too far gone the body shop at Dent Wizard is also first class!

While shopping at Lowe’s, someone rammed their cart into my new Audi leaving a classic ding with a good little scratch. I had never been to dent wizard before, but I figured I’d stop in to see if they could do anything. I pulled in during my lunch break, figuring they would recommend an expensive repair. Jason and Jerry helped me on the spot, they fixed the ding so you couldn’t even see it it, and touched up the door for me with some paint they had i the shop; all for a fair price. I would highly recommend them. Great service, friendly and extremely professional! If you have a ding or sent I your door, go to these guys!

Highly recommend if you're looking a cost-effective repair for dents on cars. Someone opened their car door too far and left a small dent on my new 2021 Lexus passenger side, and the dealership quoted me $1200 for total repair. Jason & Jared took great care of my car and saved me hundred of dollars that allowed me to pay for the repair without going through insurance. The final result is incredible.

I took my car here for Paintless Dent Removal (PDR). The crabby, older guy in the front office made me feel unwelcome. Like I was a burden to him by my presence. I should have walked out but they supposedly have an expert at PDR who is only there one day a week. So, I overlooked his rudeness and left my car for the day. I had a more complicated dent to remove than a simple door ding but after watching countless talented professionals do successful, very complicated PDR on YouTube, I knew the Dent I needed removed shouldn't be much of a challenge. Well, that is if the person doing the work is good. The PDR this place did wasn't very good. Although an improvement, I could still see panel distortion and high/low spots. Needless to say, but I’d never return here or recommend them to anyone.

Dent Wizard of Hartford was referred to me by a friend and colleague...My father, whom is retired , needed to have some simple repairs done to the hood of a car... He is very flexible, and called Jason in order to see when he could come out and do the needed work...When my father initially spoke with Jason he was treated with ambivalence and disrespect (My father had to tell "Jason" his name several times, and was also asked repeatedly the reason my father was calling) ..Nonetheless ,they agreed upon a set time for an appointment and "Jason" never showed...He didn't even provide the courtesy of a phone call to say he wasn't going to make it....I would NOT recommend this business....
