I was having a very difficult time removing my tires from my VW Golf Wagon without stripping the bolts. I brought the vehicle into Chapmans Auto and not only were they able to remove the bolts, they installed my winter tires as a surprise to me. While I was on the property, I was met by the most polite, professional and welcoming people that work there, from the customer desk to the technicians. CSN Chapman's just finished work on my Toyota 86GT. They perfected,.painted and installed an after market spoiler, installed a Wrinkle back cold air intake, and replaced my windshield after it took a rock off an 18 wheeler. The car came back better than it came new. The paint is perfect. Not to mention, it looks and smells like they gave it a full bubble bath and shampoo. Anyone who looks anywhere else for work isn't interested in the best. Thanks CSN! You have a lifetime client in me!

I can't say enough great things about Chapman, this place is terrific. Read on! Scratched the front bumper of the car, was beyond what I could do in terms of buffing it out (I tried), so I figured I'd call in some help, after I talked to a few places I went with Chapman. The results: - Everyone was so nice, legitimately a delight to talk to - They fixed it up better than I could have imagined, it looks like it came from the factory AND there was a small cracked piece of missing plastic at the bottom when I sent it to them that I didn't expect them to fix (I just thought paint, and requesting bodywork would be a different thing all together) and I was flummoxed when I saw they even fixed that somehow - When it's your only vehicle transport can be hard, they had a shuttle (private) drop me back off at home after I dropped the car off, and then they even delivered the car afterward. This is insanely convenient, not to mention in a pandemic - After being stoked with the repairs, I jumped in the vehicle, and got another one-two punch. They literally detailed/cleaned the entire inside and outside of the car as well, it looks immaculate Okay, so that's some premium service/quality, which understandably's going to cost a lot. Nope, Chapman's price was literally *a third* of what one place requested to fix it. Again, can't believe it. 10/10 folks, 10/10 service, 10/10 price. Definitely earned a lifetime customer.

Horrible quailty repairs, and customers service. I also read the reviews and did my homework before i picked a body shop, the reviews here looked good, but turns out this shop was a nightmare. Initially the $5k quote was off by about $5k. I had to correct their prices and part numbers on my taillights because it was $500 less than the actual cost, which was never corrected. they failed to order parts, and failed to order the correct parts. plate lights were never replaced with the right lights. I had to argue to replace the back glass in the hatch when it was chipped from hitting the body of the car, to which they did a horrible job tinting. when i went to pickup my car the first time, (after 3 delays) a month of work and the car had primer over spray inside my doors, which i wish i could post the picture of here. the hatch and taillights were miss-aligned fish-eyes in the paint and they had damaged my rocker panels and rubbed the frame when they put it in the frame rack bender. so i drove 4 hours home without my car. After another 3 weeks, they drove the car up to me; the bumper was rubbing on the car and the paint had chipped off, hatch and taillights still misaligned, paint was just as bad, didnt touch the rockers and they told me i owed them $500 because they had the taillight prices wrong after i provided it. so it went to another shop and the rear quater panel was still pushed in 25mm, and only 3 of the 5 monuting points for the bumper were repaired which is why the bumper was rubbing. all said and done i was without my car 3 months and this place was a hack job, i wouldnt take a winter beater here. only good thing they did was a proper detail. don't take your car here, if you're reading the reviews and thinking "one bad review isnt that bad" believe me, you may be the next bad review on here. if you want pictures i can email them to you.

I had front end damage to my vehicle years ago from someone who thought a hit and run wasn't a serious matter. I had the damage fixed at another shop that my insurance company directed me to. The work was supposed to be guaranteed for as long as I owned the vehicle. Fast forward to now, as I was preparing to have my vehicle stored for the winter and cleaning it up, I noticed the paint on the front bumper bubbling and flaking off in sheets. One as half the size of my hand. I had a friend have work done at Chapman and they spoke very highly of the experience. I called my insurance company and told them of the situation and said that this time, I was electing to have the fix done at Chapman. Since the original shop is no longer in business and they had this shop on their list, they were happy to accommodate me. My experience here was nothing short of fantastic. The high level of professionalism and communication was like nothing I've ever seen from a collision shop. I received email updates at each phase which meant I didn't have to call to check on it. Enterprise was on site as well to facilitate my rental car. When I dropped my car off, I was there to drop my car off and leaving in my rental car in 15 minutes. I received my car back in just a few days and when I got it back, I saw not only how flawless my bumper looked, but what an amazing job they did detailing both the exterior and interior. I didn't even realize that was part of it so I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw my car. This is a service one hopes they never have to use, but if I do, I'll definitely be bringing my vehicle back here. I recommend them highly. I've attached two "Before" and two "After" photos. I used to be sad looking at how horrible my bumper looked but now I'm all smiles and couldn't be happier

I got rear ended 2 weeks after I purchased my new 2020 Outback. Took my car to Chapmans....service was amazing, the work done on my car was impeccable, they cleaned the car inside and out, dropping car off and getting a rental (brand new rental car too!) was super easy and fast. It cannot be overstated, the incredible quality of service this location offers. After a minor bump, I had my car brought to this location. Knowing the issue was minor and not wanting to wait due to a busy season, I actually called and spoke with Jennifer, stating my intent to perform some simple work myself before having thier mechanics look at it. Not only were they accepting, but Jennifer called me back later after discussing my plan with the owner who permitted me to work myself within his shop to complete what repairs I could due to the inclement weather outdoors. The consistent customer service from the front desk to the mechanics, all the way up to the owner was truly beyond all expectation. They have absolutely earned my business and word of mouth for life.

Originally, my car was taken to the Agricola location however due to the amount of damage my car was towed to this location. Having your car damaged is never pleasant but Chapman Autobody made the experience as painless as possible. Not only were they very helpful in the appraisal/insurance process but they also made sure my car was road worthy until the parts came in. Their level of customer service, by all staff that I engaged with, was outstanding. They even had the car ready 2 days early!!! Because of their great service we also had them do some mechanical work on a second car we have and were very pleased with that as well. Highly recommend Chapman Autobody and will use them again in the future. Its not often you find this high level of customer service and it is appreciated.

Just picked up my SUV today. from Chapman Autobody...June 12, 2020. I did NOT ever expect to hit the damn pole pulling out of parking at Tantallon Dollarama parking lot....GRRRRR!! I could not believe how much the left side crumpled like tissue paper!! Not like I was SPEEDING out, nor am I an inexperienced driver... have been driving for 37 YEARS and first time this happening !! Well lucky for me Chapman Autobody to the RESCUE!! Cannot say enough about the INCREDIBLE service from the get go to today picking my car... LOVE my car again!! Chapman made it SOOOOOO easy...with on-going 'Status Reports' as to what stage my vehicle was at. Sent me a detailed report as to work needing to be done, gave me accurate date as to completion, called me to follow up on ALL of the above and everyone I spoke to were SOOO friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and VERY efficient!! So if all the above that they did to make is easier for me.... I show up to pick my car up and they again AMAZE with their OUTSTANDING Customer Service!! I arrived to NOT only see my car completely fixed like the damn 'pole' incident didn't happen...which I know that is what they do... BUT to go to my car, unlock it and then to realize that these GREAT people CLEANED MY ENTIRE CAR...inside and out!! And I REALLY, REALLY mean CLEAN...major detailing!! NO EXTRA COST!!!!!! I was taken by surprise and what a DELIGHT!! I have been recovering from Replacement Knee Replacement since March, so my teenage daughter had been using the car and let's just say keeping it clean was NOT a priority!! Man I have to say I give these guys a 5 out of a 5. I been to many body shops, got ripped off and screwed around, but these guys are legit. They fix my Subaru sti perfectly! It’s no ordinary car, so I was definitely worried. The shop manager mike Lowe, he really did took care of me and my car. He was super respectful, and made sure everything was done perfectly.
