Booked a group booking with this location. Such a great time, staff took great care of us, explained how everything worked and helped some when they had questions. Great variety of things to paint, and great price for what you get. The group room is great for groups but the main room is also nice for a date or family outing.

It hard to really relax, and get into your work and enjoy it with people around you talking so loudly or whispering in an annoying whistley way, and with the hair dryers running constantly, and the bad lighting, and people clomping around, and kids running around and skipping and jumping. And I find that people are sometimes nosy.

The place is quite busy on Saturdays and Sundays but even with the busy environment the staff are very helpful.

Staff is incredibly helpful here, and they even offered to take my two kids back to see the kiln and how they are transformed from what they just painted, to a fully glazed/fired piece of pottery. It was wonderful! My daughter loved it so much, she is having her birthday party there. :)

Although busy I found myself zoned into my painting not even minding the sound of the people around me, I did find it was hard to get service on the Sunday I was there so if you go during the week or later in the afternoon on Saturdays then you should be good.

Staff is super nice and helpful, pieces to choose from are varied and well made. You can leave it for 30 days and go back to work on your piece. The place is well kept and has a friendly atmosphere. I go every couple of months with my daughter and it's always a good time to share together on a rainy day

Love coming here. The staff are so nice and helpful. It's really nice that they allow you to start a larger project and as long as you go in regularly, you can keep going in to work on it. I also really like the coffee :)

We went here on March Break. First time with 3 kids and we had a blast. They loved picking out their little animals and spent almost 2 hours getting the paint just right. It was amazing to see them when we got them back- colour is much more vibrant than expected. While it can be pricy, they have a range of items that should fit every budget.

Lots of inventory to choose from however they are low on some popular items due to supply issues from covid. Clean, bright and spacious area for painting your pieces. The staff are very helpful and give great advice to help you if you are having trouble with a certain part or if you need inspiration.
