Purchased 4 gallons of Aura paint. Prepped the house and started to paint. Got to the bottom 3 inches of the bucket and paint was like sludge. I have painted for 40 years and never run across this. The second gallon did not have this problem. It was like this was an old can of paint. It was also much lighter as the colour did not mix properly at the bottom. The second coat covered it up but I was extremely disappointed at $105 dollars a gallon including tax. The owner called me back and explained the problem that caused the problem with the paint and were excellent and have corrected my problem and made things right. I was impressed by their prompt contact and correcting the situation. Good on them.

Rob and Cathy are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me the advice and confidence to take on my project. With their knowledge and expertise we were easily able to update our 90's golden oak kitchen to a bright white modern space, for a very reasonable cost. Note - You really do need to get the special primer STIX and the Advance paint. Our painter has used other brands, and she said nothing has been as scratch resistant as our cupboards. Oh, and one more tip... try to let your cabinet doors dry about 4 weeks before hanging them again. I know it is ugly in the interim but it really gives the paint the best chance to harden. We LOVE< LOVE

Using there Regal Select.. 4 coats over a beige Color .not sure if this is a contractors paint or a mid grade paint. Been painting for over 40 (its a cream tone color they selected ) And never use it again ..thank God I never give estimates using this paint ..its gonna cost the customer alot more then if we when with Glidden paint my choice
