Excellent service and customer satisfaction is important here! Although the product I purchased didn't turn out as well as I expected (peel n stick wallpaper), The paint shop offered full refund. Due to this exemplary service, and standing behind their products, I will return in the future for further paint or products.

I want everyone to know this is the paint store with the best staff I have ever been to. I want to give a big THANK YOU BETH AND STAFF!!! I called a couple of stores before speaking with Beth, the manager. She was so helpful and solved a problem for me. When I went to the store she was out so her staff members were aware of my issue and they were so friendly and helpful and I left feeling happy. Every store should take lessons on customer service from this group of ladies. Many thanks!!

I bought a counter resurfacing kit from this store 3 weeks ago, a few days before Christmas. Just learned that the counter I was going to refinish has to be replaced, so I can't use the kit after all. I asked the store if I could return it, but they refused because it was later than two weeks. This strikes me as very inhospitable for an industry that has to cope with a lot of last minute change in plans. I would have been happy with a store credit, but no go. This isn't my usual Print Shop store, and it is definitely one I won't be using again. Mean spirited!
