Do not try and use this company if you are going through your insurance. We wanted to use them due to their high rating score but they let us down and lied too. They said our insurance company wouldn't pay the full amount they quoted so we called them up and this wasn't the case at all. They just didn't want to do the job, which is fine but be truthful and just let us know that at the start so we don't have to waste our time!!!!! Follow up message after response... Thank you for replying back to my review. If that is the case then ok we appreciate that, but I feel that communication could have been a lot better throughout the process as it is hard to know who to believe when two companies who you want to trust are telling you two different stories!

Took my car to Hak’s for a hatch/bumper/tail light repair. In dealing with someone who knows nothing about cars or insurance, Senad managed to address all of my questions and concerns clearly and without being patronizing, and kindly guided me through the whole insurance claim process. They gave me a ride back to work when I brought my car in, and kept me informed as to the status of my car throughout its time in the shop. They finished the repairs in a day and a half. Not only was the damage perfectly repaired; my car was the cleanest it’s ever been, inside and out! To sum things up, Hak’s almost makes me want to get in more accidents, just to get their first-class customer service again. Thanks to the whole Hak’s team for going above and beyond!

Amazing service! I really enjoyed getting to know Heidi and Senad - they treat you like family and are extremely professional. Also, Heidi is a wonderful baker and gardener. They helped me deal with the insurance company as well as with a rental vehicle. I also received updates on my vehicle while it was in the shop. When I got my car back, it looked almost brand new - and they cleaned the inside for me! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I've had my vehicle in to Hak's for repairs twice both time the service has been excellent. Emails updating the progress of the work and charged to the penny of the estimate. The most recent time Senad based his estimate on my vehicle having a chrome bumper (no need to paint) we he realised his mistake, rather than charge more than his estimate he had it painted to match for no extra charge. I my opinion, above and beyond good service .

****DO NOT USE SHOP IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH AN INSURANCE CLAIM**** This overpriced shop refuses to repair vehicles that are to be paid for by insurance companies. I had a recent insurance claim and was referred by my dealer to use Hak's. My company asked for the shop to send in an estimate and they flat-out refused. Their rates were about 35% higher than what is accepted by insurance companies. Hak's stated that they would charge me directly and I would be reimbursed by my insurance company. My insurance company then had the same estimate reviewed by Superior and Superior said they would gladly complete the work at the proper insurance rates. ****THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE****

DO NOT use this company! They will rip you off. They have a cash grab business with AGE Towing. I was parked in their lot for 10 minutes in a spot that said “24 Hour Parking”. They towed my vehicle and charged me $300. I called the RCMP and Bylaw. There is an investigation into this business.
