Husband had to wait a month to get his appointment. He booked off work an hour early on the day of and we headed into North Bay. Construction blocks and white outs for parts of our drive caused some delays but ultimately we arrived at Krown at 4:35 and our appointment was for 4:30. A woman came out and asked if we were the 4:30 appointment. We informed her we were. She then said" Well you're late so we closed at 4:30." (What!?!) "I'm sorry we hit some delays but we're 5 minutes late," my husband continued,"I've just driven an hour to get here." The woman replied, "You weren't here so we closed. You'll have to rebook."
Needless to say, customer service like that never gets a rebook from us. Husband called Sturgeon Krown to book his future appointment. The woman on the phone was so incredibly kind! We had explained what had just happened in North Bay and still wanted Krown to do the service bit we weren't going to deal with North Bay. The woman put us on a brief hold, came back to the call and asked us if we could come into Sturgeon tonight, we will fit you in. WOW. Same company and what a bloody difference in how they're running things. We got out to Sturgeon Krown and were warmly greeted by everyone and were paying for our undercoating just after 6pm when Sturgeon closes at 5pm. THAT is customer service. They also kindly booked my vehicle in a week. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Sturgeon!!!
