Good luck getting them to call you back if you have problem with the work they’ve done. The person taking the calls is pleasant but the owner and subcontractors not so much. Had to call another plumber to fix the work they did. Will not use them again.

These guys came quickly... but they misdiagnosed the problem and even though I've paid them thousands, they did not fix the problem. I had to call the city to get the repairs complete (which is free, as it's the city's problem, of course). Always call the city first if you've got a sewer-related problem!

12/07/2021 DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THESE GOUGERS!! Called this company to snake my kitchen sink drain. They were late, was told they would come in the morning, they didnt get here until the afternoon. Then I was told it would cost either $1200 to redo the pipes, or $600 to snake the pipe. After I stopped laughing, I said no. $125 for that insult of a visit. Go buy your own snake at CT or somewhere for $50. Dont waste your money or time with these Gougers! *edit in response* I did have good luck by purchasing a 50 dollar snake from Canadian Tire. Your "services" were turned into the joke of my day. If you advertised that you charge $600 just to snake a drain, you would be out of business. But instead, you charge $125 just to show up, and try to gouge hard working people into getting a heavily overpriced and unneccesary overhaul of their sink drain. So in turn, I say good luck to you, and your awful business ethics.

Absolutely terrible experience with this plumbing company... my mom asked for a plumber to come fix a busted pipe which the quote over the phone was $250 which is reasonable after the plumber arrived he said to my mom it would cost 500$ for the busted pipe (I wasnt home so couldn't help) and ps my mom has cancer which you could easily tell. Once he finished that fix he ended us finding 1 other pipe that was burst and fixed that after all was said and done he billed us around 750 we got the receipt but when my mother got her Visa bill it was billed at 900$ so this plumbing company stole from her I am warning everyone dont use them the guy that we had come out was Albanian or some type of that nationality thanks for reading this and hope yiu never contact this company since they lie and steal from the people that they are suppose to help roto rooter was much better than these guys

We used a technician to fix a leaking shower, to retile the shower floor and unblock a difficult underground pipe. He did a fantastic job efficiently, was always polite and kept us in touch with progress. Anyone would be hard put to find a better plumber and tiler but plumber on demand has experienced and professional plumbers.

They're kind, fair and do quality work for a reasonable price. Today, I was assisted by Roland. He went above and beyond and thoroughly explained next steps. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and professional, so I'll give him 5 stars. However, the person that called me on the phone to confirm my location at first was nice but gave me the most ridiculous quote without even being on site to determine what the problem was. I was quoted $800+ just from what I had explained over the phone what my issue was. I told him I will call back because I didn't think it would cost that much to snake a drain since I've had this service done before for a fraction of the price. The technician didn't like the idea I was calling to get another quote and before I could say "thank you, goodbye" he hung up the phone. I called another company and they completed the job same day for $245.

I reached out for a quote on my garbage disposal and they recommended to try to reset button on bottom manually and to watch YouTube. Said if not we can come tomorrow. We fixed it!! But I will definitely use these guys with any other serious plumbing issues love to support local businesses since I live in Niagara Region too.

I called to have the tub/shower tap fixed because it was dripping - two guys came and gave me a ridiculous quote and then told me he would give me a "discount" and because this company demands that you either pay the "plumber" to do the job or a fee for coming out, I agreed to the "discounted' price. Long story short, my tap is STILL DRIPPING and I paid the "plumber" >$200 to "change the cartridge". When I called them back he told me that he would charge me $1,400 to change the whole mechanism because that must be the issue, since he changed the cartridge. And when I commented on the fact that the tap/spout/showerhead combo would only cost me $105 at Canadian Tire, he replied "yeah, do that and then I'll ONLY charge you $1,200 to install it"!! So, when I said that was ridiculous and I would not pay that and that he, being the "plumber", should have been able to see what the problem was in the first place, he said he would come back the next day and check it out -- I'm still waiting for him to come back...so, DON'T trust these guys!!! They'll just take your $ and do nothing!!! No wonder they don't guarantee the work or have testimonials on their website - not to mention that they only take cash or e-transfers that get auto-deposited!! Oh, and that's after being more than an hour and a half late on the 4 hour window!!! I wouldn't believe all the "positive feedback" - it's probably fake because these amateurs were SO far from professional it's not even funny!! Horrible experience!!!!

Patel was fantastic in explaining my faucet isssue and laying out options. It was a small job, but he was very patient. Not only that scheduler and Patel were available right away. Patel came over in the early AM for estimate and took care of the job in late afternoon on the same day! I appreciate for professionalism and quick responses

I had sewer problem and call this company. The plumer came this morning. He took a look at situation and said. He can clean sewer. It would be $ 768.9 or i have to pay $140 plus tax he do nothing. Then he spent 20 mins to snake main drain. But it still no work. He said it will be problem with city line. Then he charged me $768.9 and left. I call anther plumer. The guy come and spent 20 mins to snake the drain took out the root from sewer. The problem solved and he charged me $150. So don't do bussiness will PLUMBER ON DEMAND. THIS COMPENY ARE SO STUPID AND CHEAT.

Despite mentioning my urgent and recurrent plumbing issue that led, once more, to a sewer back up in my basement and the promise they would have someone call within an hour, I am still waiting after 7 days. I will never call them again. Don't waste your time and your patience.
