I brought my car in for repairs to Performance Collision Feb 28th 2019. I had great service when I first arrive from Jenny and wonderful follow up from Jessica. Unfortunately, the parts needed for my car were on back order and they had to keep my car for a month. My insurance company extended the rental car once, after a ton of run around and exceptions. Understanding how frustrated I was with the whole situation, Jessica continued to follow up with my insurance company on my behalf. When my insurance coverage refused to extend my rental car any farther, Jessica and Jenny looked at getting my a loaner car from my dealership. Luckily, they were able to put a rush on my repairs and I never had to pay out of pocket for my rental car. They knew how frustrated I was with the whole situation and ensured that they did everything they could to get me back in my car as soon as possible. I definitely appreciated all their help and updates!

I already trust the Performance name for the highest quality service and customer satisfaction, so sending my car there was an automatic response. GREAT experience with the General Manager John. I had my hood repaired and after picking up the truck three days later I noticed my dash cam was disconnected. I spoke with John about this and this guy epitomized a professional, customer focused response. When I explained my concern that I was driving for a few days without a dash cam, and was disappointed I wasn't advised, he understood totally. John even went on to explain that he appreciated me communicating it with them and they were changing their procedures to ensure this didn't happen again. He explained that they would put a piece of tape on the cord so it was obvious when doing final inspection. This would also highlight to the customer if it slipped through their inspection and correction. Such a wonderful relief to get this sort of interaction with a body shop (I've dealt with a few) and to have him reflect a continuous improvement attitude. Well done!

Great customer service. They repaired my car a year ago after an accident and just recently a clip came loose and need to be replaced. They remember me by my first name and my car. Took them a week to paint one panel - what should have been a two or three day job. When I picked up the car I pointed out something that had been broken while the car was in their possession. Their rep essentially called me a liar and refused to do anything about the damage. My advice is to go elsewhere or if you have to use them make sure you photograph your vehicle because they can't be trusted.

I took my 8 month old Caravan to Performance Collision after my wife was rear-ended. Although they were not in my Insurance company's 'network' I felt like taking it to a shop under the "Performance" umbrella was the smart way to go. Robin (the first smiling face you meet at the front door) immediately put me at ease already having everything ready and the rental company on their way to pick me up. Robin has a level of professional customer service that 99% of the service industry should strive to achieve. I authorized them to do the work and was gone to get my rental, no muss, no fuss...EXACTLY how it should be! The next time I heard from Performance was when my car was complete. I went to pick it up and there it was gleaming (in the rain). The damage had been repaired and it had been cleaned inside and out. I drove away happy. I thought everything was perfect until the next day (Good Friday) when it was sunny out. I noticed that the bumper was a bit sparklier than then rest of the car. I phoned Monday to tell them and they made a note in my file and asked me to come in when I could. I brought the van back in Tuesday morning and Robin went to get John Scetta. John came out with me, inspected the bumper. Went in and got the painter so that they could see the areas for improvement and simply asked when they could make it right. There were no arguments, there were no excuses. There was only a less then 100% satisfied customer and the opportunity to make it better. I left the van with them. I got a call that it was ready at about 3:30pm and went to pick it up. The paint and 'glitter' were 100% matched to the body of the Van. Now John had told me earlier that because the bumper was plastic and the rest of the van metal that they often don't match (right out of the lot) and he was right. I looked at my front bumper and it was not a 100% colour match to the body. At the end of the day my rear bumper *IS* a colour match to the body so Performance Collision actually returned my van to me in a better state then when I bought it brand new. This was a bit of a long review but when you see extraordinary service you shouldn't skimp on the detail. Thank you Robin, John and the rest of the Performance Collision staff!

Very Bad Experience, Unprofessional with a major lack of respect for the customer! They will only try to please the insurance company. There is a disconnect with the internal management and communication. I notified Performance Collision & Restyling of some previous work “they had done”. then they completed half the job and said the car had not been repaired properly previously. I felt very pressured to accept an unfinished job. The estimate and job was not completed correctly! I would not recommend them. I feel Ripped off and will be getting the job completed somewhere else. Caveat Emptor "Let the buyer beware"!

Over inflated repair costs on insurance jobs, they dented and dropped glue over my car while in their care, and were rude. This was my insurance companies preferred vendor which I’m convincing them to remove as such. Poor quality work, would never take my vehicle back again. If you like your vehicle, do not bring it here.

My Jeep dealership recommended Performance Collision & Restyling, and from the moment I called for information I knew that I had made the right choice. Our van was rear ended and sustained quite a bit of damage to the rear hatch, both quarter panels, bumper and hitch. We received a complete listing of all parts and labour before the go ahead from the insurance company. We were kept informed every week as parts came in and the van was repaired accordingly. Yes it did take approximately 4 weeks but considering the damage and the COVID -19 restrictions we were pleased with the time lapse. We were very pleased with the van and when a sharp sound and "grinding" noise developed when opening the power hatch I made an appointment to have a look. The next day after the call I came in, they took the van right into the shop and back out with the problem resolved within 30 minutes. We have been impressed by the workmanship exhibited and the customer service exhibited by Jessica and all of the representatives at Performance Collision.

Stay away from this dealership. I took my 2017 Mercedes to get fixed. When it was ready for pick up the cars steering wheel would not go up and down and there were deep scratches and a huge chip out of the paint on an area that was never damaged. After pointing this out to them they basically told me it was always there and that they wouldn't be responsible for any damages. I would never ever go back!!! They also told me they are the only body shop who can work on Mercedes in the Niagara area. Which is also a lie. Very disheartening that a company can treat a customer like this.

Our car was rear-ended at a stoplight and sustained a significant amount of damage to the rear quarter panel and all technologies associated with it. We are in Hamilton and we opted to select our own repair facility instead of going with our insurance company's preferred list of shops. The team at Performance Collision and Restyling were absolutely amazing to deal with throughout the post-accident process. They went above and beyond in helping me deal with our insurance company (car was only 7 months old) to make sure the car was returned to original condition. We picked it up yesterday and the car looks and feels like it was just driven off the lot again. Customer service is a lost art in many places - John, Jessica, Jenny and their team took customer service to a whole new level. I never had to prompt for repair status on my vehicle as Jessica sent me update emails at every step of the process. Everything about our experience with the company was beyond expectations. Last summer my new car was involved in an accident and Performance Collision repaired my car to "like new" condition. Recently, in another incident, the paint on the front hood of the car was damaged. I decided to take the car back to Performance because I was so pleased with their previous work. I dropped by the shop, the Manager looked at the damage and said he thought they could fix it. He drove the car into the shop and had it repaired right away. The hood came out looking "like new" again and there was no charge for the repair. Thank you Performance!

From the beginning, with the appraisal to completion, Jenny P. took the time to ensure that I was taken care of at every contact with Performance Collision. My repairs were unusual and Jenny P. took a professional and personal interest in the situation. The technician repaired a broken part saving me $1400. in unnecessary replacement parts! Where do you get this level of service these days! Most repair shops would install a $1400 replacement rather than make the effort to repair the existing part. In this case you have an employee driving well over 65 km/h in a 50 km/h, going through red lights near Ontario Street, and swering between traffic during rush hour (0800) near school zones and children. Never, Never Again!!! ( Beware...This is a LONG rant) I would never subject any person to the level of customer service that we received at our latest visit. 1 week to get parts (for a Dodge product, which falls under the Performance umbrella) and 7 FULL business days to have a rear panel painted on a Ram truck. Red flags should have went up when it took 1 hour give or take, to have an estimate done on our truck. Once again, there was a small dent and some surface scratches at the rear of the bed in the truck and some scuffs on the wheel rim. We were told by the estimator that they would try to have our vehicle done within 5 days so that we wouldn't be without a second vehicle for too long. (I work out of town and my husband had to arrange for rides to and from work). The truck was dropped off Sunday evening so that the vehicle was there and ready for Monday morning. On Wednesday, my husband contacted our estimator and inquired the progress of the work. Thursday he received a response The email states.... "Your vehicle is still moving through production, unfortunately it is still difficult to say when the vehicle will be completed. We are trying our absolute best to have it completed as soon as possible, if you don't hear from me tomorrow I will touch base with you Monday." Friday... No call. We sent an email as to our displeasure with the service (NOTE: we were invoiced for 20.3 hours of billable labour) and the lack communication. Monday... No response to the email sent Friday Tuesday... No response to the email. HOWEVER we received a phone call at 2:50 IN THE AFTERNOON to say our vehicle was ready. Absolutely no foresight to check the status of the vehicle and call earlier in the day so that arrangements could be made to pick up the vehicle. The receptionist was informed that the vehicle would be picked up the following morning at 10:30. Wednesday... when I came into the facility, AT 10:30am, I was told that the estimators were in a meeting. "Would you mind waiting?" We JUST waited 7 FULL BUSINESS days for this to be done and you were informed that I would be in at 10:30am.... OF COURSE I MIND WAITING AS I HAD ALREADY MISSED WORK THAT MORNING Then came the excuses: 1) When questioned on the delay of the parts: "Well, it is a new vehicle and it takes longer for parts" UMMMM the vehicle is a year old. 2) When questioned on the timeliness of the service (20.3 Hours of Work) and the lack of communication... "I'm not sure what your expectations were" WELL, if wishing for a response to an email was one of the expectations, then there is a serious disconnect. Personally, I think that the center takes on WAY TOO much work and cannot delegate and/or expedite the tasks at hand. On a side note: My mom, who had required work to her vehicle as well, was quoted that the centre would need her vehicle for 2 weeks to have her work completed and that wasn't including waiting for parts. She politely declined. She found another collision centre where they estimated her work, ordered parts and had the work done within one week. The Performance Group as a whole will NEVER see another cent from us.

First off, they delivered the car 2 weeks late, no communication while they had the car. decided to put after market parts without our confirmation. When I got the car simple things were not done right. I went again and they fixed it. Because they delayed the insurance company would not pay rental car for the last week. The lady said she will call and update us about the rental after she talks to the insurance company. However, they decided to let the rental car company charge us for the last week. If you are considering going to fix your car there don’t waste your time. Took them 6 weeks to fix our car and they dint care to communicate.

Had the shop clean and buff my 2015 ram which had extensive spotting and unnatural blemishing on the paint that I could not get out. Being a black truck you could see everything and it was very disheartening. Somehow they were able to get it clean and the truck looks just as good as the day I bought it. Truly amazing and I'm very impressed by the detailed job they did. The shop was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Thanks for taking care of me and I will not hesitate to recommend you.

Had items on quote that didnt need to be there, didnt attach rear bumper on missing clips scratching bumper with trunk lid during quoting process and said if I provided a plastic non painted valence that just snaps in myself instead of buying theirs they wouldnt warranty the whole repair body/paint work etc. I went to another place, paid less and was looked after with a nice repair including fixing the damage they left me with. Don't waste your time.

My vehicle was brought in for repairs after being rear-ended. The estimate and booking process was quick and painless, the quality of the repair is excellent (you can’t tell that the vehicle has had any repairs done, looks completely like it did from manufacturing), and the staff are courteous and professional.
