AMAZING SERVICE. Someone dinged the back of my car and pushed out the side pannel above the wheel and broke the clip that held it in place so it stuck out a bit. I was concerned that the whole piece could be ripped out in a car wash. Jamie looked at it. Took the car to the back and the guys had it tacked down almost good as new. The amazing thing was that they did not charge me for the service. Its nice to see that real customer service still exist. Thank u so much I will highly recommend you to everyone. ????

Excellent service, highly recommend! I went to FixAuto initially to get a quote for fixing my front bumper, I had a really tough experience with the accident I was in and they were there to support and guide me. Nothing but positive things to say about fix auto, I had my car fixed there after having been rear ended and deal with an insurance (not mine) that made me feel like they were doing me a favor fixing the car their insured had damage. Fix Auto took over all the necessary arrangements with the insurance company and delivered a finished product that was as good as new. Customer Service, Communication and quality were all top notch. I had a follow up visit with them for what turned out to be a completey unrelated issue and they, again handled in the highest level of care. Crooks! Check under your bumpers people! If it wasn’t for a second hit I got and current body shop (not Fix Auto) removing bumper I would of never known their quality of work is beyond unacceptable and unsafe. I have 25 images to prove the horrible job they did after having my vehicle for nearly 3 months. Estimated 21 grand to fix their mess. My car should have been written off in the first place but instead they are in the business of making money off insurance companies. These crooks will be reported to the BBB.

I have returned to FIX AUTO more than twice for them to clean up and repair what they thought was finished. In October 2017 I got into a rear bumper accident. Called fix auto and they took me in the following December. Less than a year later (2018) I noticed while washing my car that where I was rear ended the new paint was peeling. Called up fix auto and they took my car in for a couple of days with a “new” rear bumper paint job. For the next following 2 weeks my rear bumper sensors have been going off at random times. I check one night to see if something was triggering it and I found the sensors popped out of their socket. AGAIN! Called fix auto and they took my car in that day to “recalibrated” the sensors and sent me home with sensors STILL NOT IN WORKING CONDITION. 1-2 Months later I was cleaning my car, a gentlemen from the car wash took notice that my paint colour is a shade darker than the rest of my car!!!!!! Im so embarrassed that I believed this company took me seriously and took care of my car. There is a valuable reason here as to why I do not want to go back to FIX AUTO St. Catharines and continue to deal with their unprofessionalism. I just wanted to share my experience, time, and money I have wasted with this company.

Hi, I am extremely happy with the beautiful job that PROFESSIONAL staff at fix auto did on my vehicle. After shopping around at a few Different known body shops I knew fix Auto is my choice. ⭐️ The Quality is uncompromising awesome and so up to today’s tough government safety regulations and pricing . Ok .. many shops can do that. The price without mentioning the code that I got from others was SUBSTANTIALY Lower ( I mean by $900 lower than the lowst code I got from others) . Place is roomy, immaculately clean and presentable, staffs are extremely respectful, helpful and friendly, (no fake smiles of sugar coated words just genuine) I like that. ... so ok, hotels are fancy too but get this: I picked up my vehicle and I was so overwhelmed, honestly is like stepping into a new car. ( I work outdoor construction, imaging the mud and coffee stains lol) I have payed for detailing before and never got my coffee holders washed so clean and carpet shampooed smelling not fruity but new like!!!! I am happy and for a family guy over half a century old happiness is like gold. Good people do exist and for sure I encountered good people at AUTO FIX ????????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jamy, miss Karen and others , thank you!!!

My parents have had their cars repaired here years ago under the UMC name. After my car was hit in a parking lot, I took my car to glen Merrit not too far from here and the quote took forever to do. They used paint markers on my car making it look like a childs chalkboard- before I even agreed to take it there for repair. I took my car here instead, and I was very impressed. The quote was done quickly and professionally. They assisted with the issues that I had with my rental and after all said and done, my car came back clean and spotless. Needless to say, this is the best body shop in the niagara region, hands down. Hopefully wont have to return under bad circumstances, but if I do, this will be the shop I go to. Jonny handled everything perfectly. 12/10.

I do not know where to start, so I will dive in. I was involved in a collision in early January, I was referred to Fix Auto by Scotts Automotive. An honest mechanic that treats me the same way Fix Auto has, and when he recommend Fix Auto and said he would take his own car there, I did not even hesitate. When I called Fix Auto, I was greeted by John Luca. I explained what had happened and I needed to book an appointment and how long it could take to be booked in for them to look at the car and give me a quote. The first thing John said, was are you okay? They were more concerned about my wellbeing then profits, so I knew I was in the right hands. I also did not have to even book an appointment, told me to just drive on down. Fix auto not only went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. But they went completely out of there way to cover the cost of a new rim for my car on there dime. Something I did not realize they were doing at first. Some thing they did not have to do, but choose to. And in these hard times, that met the world to me. Not only did Fix Auto make the process less stressful, but they took the time to explain everything in detail. Answered my questions, and even answered questions after hours. When I contacted John Luca on a weekend that I needed to bump my appointment to drop off my car sooner as I was having steering issues, he said to drop it off on Monday, no questions asked. Even the rental car they had running and nice and warm on my arrival. I was updated daily on the car by there phenomenal secretary Karen. Above all, they treated my car as if it were there own, which was very importent to me as I am a very picky person. My car itself does not even look like it was involved in a collision, they matched the paint to perfection and repaired everything to my standards. I not only highly recommend Fix Auto, but I will never take my car to another body shop unless its Fix Auto.They are clearly in the game for the customer and there satisfaction, as you can see on all there 5 star reviews.

Auto Fix in St. Catharines did a well done job to my SUV. Such a friendly welcoming staff, and very clean. I brought it in the shop and they gave me a replacement car for the mean time. They told me the job would take 3 days but was able to get back to me in 2. Superb! They even cleaned my car inside and out and it looked like I had just bought a brand new car. Unbelievably terrible experience. Horrible workmanship, I was there 3 hours because no one looked at it once they were "finished" and they had multiple mistakes they alsoLeft a tool underneath my truck which fell out on the highway, streaks on 3 of the 4 corners, the roll bar was installed incorrectly, I sent it in washed and I got it back dirty with primer boot marks in my carpet, they didn't cover the gas neck when either leaving it outside or prewashing it before they worked on it and the neck of the gas tank filled with water and froze. Once I had left they offered to detail it for free in the spring but had already charged for a detail which they did not do. I can go on but I am so annoyed with this horrible experience I have to stop. I strongly do not recommend this place Response to your reply: -30 minutes is a blatant lie it 2.5 to 3 hours -This should not come as a surprise as I have spoken to the owner and an employee who were both completely rude and dismissive. and my insurance has contacted you. - I even wrote on my sign off sheet that I wasn't confident in the repair after sending it back three times -The boot marks in my carpet did seem to go away when they were wet but once dried they came back and I had too shampoo the carpets - I see that you do have a good reputation which is surprising based on what I recieved from you.

I am from Barrie and was reluctant to have work done here as the quotes seemed astronomical and from what others told me, not the greatest work. My parents live in the Niagara area and my father suggesting going to fix auto following several of his own great experiences. I am so happy I followed his advice. Firstly, they quoted far less (talking thousands) than any of their competitors. They also took the time to go over the quote and explain what needed to be done and why. I also found out that they are considered a "preferred shop" for many insurance companies because their work is top notch and they obviously have good ethical fortitude. This made the headache of dealing with the insurance company almost non-existent. As soon as I told them I was having my work done at fix auto they said "oh great thats our preferred shop, go ahead." Lastly, the paint job they did was second to none. Better then when i first bought it brand new. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of auto repair.

Such a great experience. I will absolutely return. I left a couple hours ago with a smile and have already told three other people about my experience. I arrived with no appointment, and a toddler in tow. Jamie took a look at my car and right away took the car to the garage. If you're a perfect little snowflake trying to get your car fixed for free; or trying to find a Co-conspirator for your insurance scam (I've read the reviews) maybe try somewhere else? (does Walmart have a body shop?) Otherwise this shop has great customer service, and does what appears to be top quality work.
