Eric Vogin gave me an estimate for a complete apartment build in the basement of my house. He managed all from bathroom, kitchen, living room, breaking walls, plumbing, electricity, painting, assembling new furniture, installing all sink, fridge, stove, toilet bowl, shower, etc. All done under budget and in excellent timing, A great team of specialist working for Eric. we became friend in the process and I got a nice bottle of Cote Du Rhône's red wine :-)
