We did have one gripe when a service took longer than what was expected, but after leaving a 3/5 review here, they were very quick and generous to make the situation right. I had such a phenomenal experience with this place - I hit a deer on my way to Niagara and so with the advice of my insurance company I had brought my car here to be repaired - they coordinated everything with my insurance company and were much quicker at keeping me updated - they fixed my car as quickly as possible and we’re so lovely to talk to. I live an hour away and would probably bring my car back here to be fixed if I ever needed to again in the future (although, hopefully that won’t be necessary, haha). Staff and owner/manager were a dream, so courteous and kind - I hadn’t been there in an entire month and when I picked my car up they remembered small things we had chatted about when I dropped it off, it’s these little touches that make a huge difference in such stressful situations and I appreciated their kindness. To top it all off, I'm a single mom with a toddler who treats the back seat of my car like a garbage can for forgotten toys, Cheerios, and other car snacks - honestly I was embarrassed to drop it off to be fixed in such disarray; if I knew it was going to be worked on I would have at least given it a good vacuum! when I picked my car up yesterday is was completely cleaned inside, it was like getting a brand new car! This was the best surprise they could have given me and it completely made my entire day.

My insurance recommended I get my car fixed at this place after someone had backed into my car. It took about a month to get my car in for service but the wait was well worth it. Everyone I dealt with in the office including the guy who did the work on my vehicle, went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience for me. All I can say is thank you and, I won’t think twice to use this place in the future. Amazing job, couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

We were in an auto accident and they looked after the repairs on our car. They worked closely with our insurance company and we had nothing to do but drop off our car. They finished the job on the schedule they had gave us and it was a great job....right down to vacuuming the inside. Everyone was pleasant to deal with especially the young lady at the front counter. I recently brought in my Jeep after it had been vandalized. David went above and beyond with helped me deal with the insurance company so the repair could move forward. When the vehicle was returned to me, it looked better than I would have ever expected. Each body panel looked brand new. After looking the vehicle over, I could not find any orange peel or dust spots on the new paint. They also provided a complementary detailing of the inside and outside of the vehicle which added to the overall experience. I would like to thank David and all of the individuals who had a hand in working on my vehicle. You guys are the real MVP.

My rating is a little skewed because I didn't give them the opportunity to fix it. So without saying anything this is strictly on the initial job they did for me. First underestimated price by about $150 then I noticed some runs or drips in the paint. Disappointed in the quality of paint but I have a feeling if I had said something they would have fixed it appear to be a very reputable business and counter staff were nice. Thank you for the response in regards to the issue you may not have my name on file because it was parts I brought in that were new to be painted a different colour for my motorcycle and I take responsibility for not telling you at the time as I was to in a hurry to get my bike back on the road and it has been over a year now so I honestly dont expect any compensation I'm just happy your company responded and acknowledges issues. If you think there prices are a bit higher then other shops . think again there quality and expert workmanship is much cheaper then others once you see how much better of a job you get .I know there are a few more shops that also do excellent work .but at maple leaf there is no second guessing

I've been there twice and I was very satisfied both times.The front office people were very courteous and eager to assist me. I had a repair to the back corner panel and I cant tell it was repainted or repaired ,great job and it was done in the time frame that they estimated. A few weeks after purchasing my car I noticed some etching on my paint from sap/bird droppings so I brought it into maple leaf and not only did they fix it they made sure that the dealer helped pay for the paint correction that needed to be done, I also ended up getting ceramic coating done to my car and they did an amazing job, my car looks a million times better then it did when I originally purchased it, if you are looking to get ceramic done to your car go here and ask for Steven he knows what he is doing and will make sure your car looks amazing also if you are inquiring about anything at all ask for Dave at the front desk he will make sure you are taken care of and give you the best deal possible !!!!!

A few weeks ago, someone backed into my car. Two of my colleagues suggested CSN Maple Leaf (and later my insurance also suggested I get my repairs from them). They fit me in for an estimate an hour after I called. I dealt with Greg for the estimate and repairs. He was very professional and helped me through the process of working with insurance. The receptionists set up a car rental for me while the repairs were being done. Now you can't tell that any damage was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
