We recently bought a nice house in Stoney Creek [Ontario] with a dark brown colour scheme. We loved the layout but were planning our new colours even before we moved in. We called CertaPro Painters initially because CAA members get a discount with them, but even at full price the quote compared favourably. After meeting with franchise owner Steve Lehman we decided to go forward with his offer. The result was a very professional paint job that comfortably matched our budget. Our 17' high atrium walls were no problem for our CertaPro painter. Also included was the perfectly invisible filling-in of unwanted picture-hanger holes. We're very happy with the gorgeous paint quality and efficient workmanship that transformed our house into the beautiful living space we envisioned. We totally enjoyed the professionalism, user-friendliness and excellence of customer care that we received from Steve and his team. We have been pretty lucky finding good contractors in the past but our CertaPro experience definitely raised the bar. Thank you CertaPro!

Very messy work. Ridiculously thin layer of paint that is already peeling 3 weeks later. And they make you pay for the paint and they take the 90% that's left after the job is done. Overpriced, awful work. Never again

We got 3 quotes for our job, Steve was by far the most professional and thorough of them all. He explained the whole job right up front and was very personable. Our painter, Bill, was great! Very friendly and he did an amazing job!! The job took longer than expected but I think that just speaks to the fact that they do the job right, no cutting corners.

I had the pleasure of working with Steve and his team to paint the entire interior of my house. This was the best money we could have spent. Steve was a dream to work with. Through, knowledgeable and pleasant. The crew that he booked for us Carlos and Kevin were also amazing! I was so comfortable having them in my house it was like working with family. Brutal outcome from this. Drip marks on the walls, missing areas, paint spots on the hardwood floors. Electrical covers weren't removed and painted around, if not painted on. Sloppy work around trim work with paint getting all over the trim. We are still finding areas that need correcting. We couldn't have done worse on our own.

The painters did a wonderful job but I cannot say enough about Steve Lehman - he went over and above he took down our blinds and put them back up and even helped us to put our pictures back on the wall. That kind of service is hard to come by these days. From the offset of having the estimate done with Steve of CertaPro. We knew we were in capable hands to update the look and curb appeal of our siding colour. Steve was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Even via email Steve was very quick to reply. When we had chosen the paint colour we liked the best using the colour picker website, the painters were there that week. Very quick to get the painting process done. The 2 painters, Gerry and Andrea (I believe that was her name) were great people. Very friendly and worked quite diligently. They prepped our siding and soffits by cleaning and siliconed any areas that needed to be filled. The painting took 2 days and we couldn't be happier. No mess and our house looks like a new home. Very happy with the entire experience with CertaPro
