The gallery is close on Monday. Though I was not able to visit it, but I am still impressed by the art works surrounding it. It is amazing that the winery has an art gallery.

A lovely set up. Planning to go back to sit by the fire (reservation required). The gallery had some lovely pieces. The tarts were awesome!

We were out cycling, only stopped at the winery for their famous butter tarts. But we noticed the gallery, and stuck our nose in, wearing spandex and our cleats clicking on the floor, not expecting much. We were transfixed. This was a serious exhibitor of breathtaking Canadian art, with a sizeable collection and knowledgeable curators. We fell in love with a painting by Matt Bahen. We talked about it all the way home, and called back to buy it. It delights us every day. The13th Street Gallery is a GEM. Must-visit. (Still, don't skip the pecan butter tarts next door).

This place has an amazing collection of art for sale at a wide range of price points- $250 - $40,000. Enjoyed viewing the whole collection, especially the sculpture garden outside. The experience would have been better if the attentive sales people had given us some time to explore on our own.

I like the focus on Canadian talent. Rotating the artists and collections monthly provides something new each visit. Friendly, informative staff. Combine this with the overall experience of the 13th Street winery + bake shop and this is a great day trip.
