We decided to get help and have my kitchen and first floor ceilings painted by Luka. A few things that stood out very uniquely about Louis Painting (1) Luka was *alway on time*, usually 2 minutes early, whether it's for estimates or service. You can tell that his client's time and his time are important to him. (2) Luka's estimate has no hidden cost. He will tell you what needs to be done, how he is going to do it and how much effort he estimates will take. So when you add or reduce additional coverage, your cost stays proportional and predictable. He is flexible and focuses on client's needs. (3) He is very efficient, organized and tidy. He carries his own vaccum and cleans everything at the end. Some of these details may not seem as a big deal or should be a given, but many companies overlook them or they are "too busy" to care. The price is fair, the service is reliable and you have peace of mind and great walls and ceilings at the end!
