I brought my SUV in for a repaint on the passenger side due to some damage by a lady that hit my vehicle, I was greated by Shannon who ensured me that I wouldn't notice the gouge or refinish once the job was completed. Within 2 business days I had my suv in for the job as well as a courtesy vehicle that suited the needs of my family of 5. I received a call no more than 4 days later and our SUV was completed and looked amazing, what I didn't expect was the attention to detail in and outside our vehicle, it was meticulously clean and shining!!!!! Incredible job done by the whole team at Fraser River Paint and Body Ltd, highly recommend and will be back in the need of any future services. I had a great experience at Fraser River Paint and Body. I have an old Toyota MR2 so parts is scarce and has a high chance to being written off. Shannon worked with ICBC and kept me in the loop through the process, giving me peace of mind. A nice 2018 rental was also provided which is very good touch. Joe the body man did a great job realigning all the body panels from the collision and the painter did a good job on the finish. Overall very happy with the experience and will happily go again for any ICBC claims. Thanks everyone!

I visited Fraser River Paint and Body right at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic to refinish scratches from a tent blowing onto my hood. It was an extremely uncertain time, and everyone was hyper-vigilant about preventing spread of the illness. The ladies in the front office were friendly and thoughtful, even providing Lysol wipes for safety. And the body work was absolute perfection. I kidded them that they maybe just put on a new part! Ha! They also gave me a small jar of touch up paint, if I felt like I needed it. Again - really thoughtful. Franko and family took such good care of me and my car, and the price beat the competition. You just can't get better than that. If you're lucky, you might get to meet their adorable little shop dog too. I'm not including any after photos, because it's just like new from the factory. Can't see a trace of a line - nothing.
