Excellent staff. Joe, Karina and Mario were very much willing to help. Joe saw me moving around holding couple of plants and he brought a cart for me. I was happily surprised. On a separate occasion, a lady from check out helped me find where a wheel barrow I was looking for and called the dieppe store and reserved it for me. I do not know her name but she had blonde hair and wears glasses. There are two more occasions where the employees from this store were very helpful. Great work!

Terrible service for propane , they will look at you like if they don't want to serve you at all (honestly not even a thanks in behalf of the Manager on duty) . Not a pleasant experience at a all in neither of both languages and unfortunately i have to keep going there where only one of the guys was professional one time.

Always excellent customer service. Atmosphere reminds of going to a local independent hardware store years ago - helpful and friendly. Building Supplies staff were very helpful in a a recent “DIY” project. Knowledgeable, very responsive and understanding. Lucas, Bob & Bob are awesome.

The staff isn't very friendly unless you are French.The store is small but,has a fairly good selection of products and the prices are fairly reasonable.The store has a postal outlet in which it is a bouns.

They asked me to leave my 100$ backpack at front of store before entering to shop for Hardware supplies..... I would not recommend going to this particular franchise....but would recommend that they install some video surveillance if there is so much concern for theft???? I personally will never set foot in that store again!

Great CSR . the issue i have is,I really want to shop local but your pricing is usally 25 to 50% higher than home depot. Concedering one family ownes all home hardwares but one in the tri city area i feel there is a bit of price gouging happening.

Went there twice for hardware for my house. Both times I get to the cash and the prices are higher than what is listed on the walls. They went back to check and there wasn't even a price made out for what was one of many products I had. Also went there a third time to mail something and the person never received their package. Horrible service.
