Champlain Auto Body lived up to all the recommendations I received and more. An unfortunate accident involving a misplaced telephone pole created quite a bit of damage to my Jeep Cherokee. My situation was further complicated with me visiting from the US - navigating cross border insurance requires patience. Jeff Martin and the entire Champlain team (Brian and others) were so accommodating, welcoming, flexible and best of all, exceptional in restoring my JEEP to its pre-accident look. I highly recommend them ~ they totally rock!

Insurance covered replacing my bumper damaged by a flying level on the highway. Dieppe auto was fast and did a stellar job with the paint and repair. They even gave me the rest of the paint for touch-ups. They even detailed the car afterwards. I heard they were good before but this is the first time I've had work through them. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys.

There was vandalism done to my Vehicle and I was very upset and I have to say the way Brian and the rest of the crew at Champlain Collision took care of me was absolutely remarkable, they even booked my rental car and had them pick me up and had my car fixed quite quickly , they did such amazing work to my car , it looked better than when I first bought it , overall very happy with the service I received here and would definitely recommend them . I own a 1997 z3, I have waited 10 years to get it. The paint was oxidized really bad, I went to Champion Auto, I delt with Brian who was awesome to deal with he explained everything they would do. One week later Brian called me to tell me it was ready. When I saw what they did I was blown away. I thought it was going to be nice but they did an amazing job, the car means a lot to me , now it means a lot more to me. I would rate them a 10 out of 10. After a bit of a boo boo in my own driveway my truck had a big dent in the driver's door and a bit of the front fender. As it happened in my driveway I did not want to go through insurance and CSN Champlain Auto not only understood this but worked to provide me with the lowest cost option while still providing excellent quality repairs. After visiting two other body shops in town they gave me a significantly lower quote with not a used door or just a new door skin but a whole new door. I am very grateful for their help and highly recommend them. The repairs were done on time and not a penny over the quoted price. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

On February 27th, 2015 while travelling out of province, I had a mishap with my 2015 SUV on the Trans Canada highway near Moncton. The following day I went to the dealership in hopes of having my vehicle checked for driving safety concerns. They were unfortunetly unable to inspect the vehicle for a couple of days and I could not wait for that appointment. First thing Monday morning, I went into Champlain Auto Body in Dieppe and explained my situation to the receptionist. She passed my concerns up to the owner and within 30 minutes, my vehicle was up on the hoist. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The work they did on my vehicle was top notch and I was able to drive back to Nova Scotia with piece of mind that my vehicle was like new again.

I had an accident Christmas Eve day ...I smashed the full right side of my 2016 Honda Civic touring ... I was thankful no one was hurt but devastated because I truly love my car and try to take good care of it ...I had Champlain Autobody recommended to me , and was told they did good work ! I wanted nothing but the best for my car ! I must admit I am very pleased with the service I received to say the least! ... they are very polite to start... and I appreciated how they explained things out as to what was done. It was done before the mentioned date of completion and when I went to pick it up I was so impressed with the work that was done to my car that all I could do is smile!!! Lol even when I bought it , it didn’t look that good as it did when they brought it out of that garage ! I just want to say anyone that needs body repair from a collision this is the place to go !

My car is a Genesis 4door sedan. It was involved in an accident suffering front end damages. It was taken to Champlain Auto Body at the request of my car insurance. I have no previous accident experience and did not know any auto body shops in the greater Moncton area. I left the car there for an estimate. They did an estimate in short order and communicated with my insurance agent on my behalf. They went out of their way to make arrangements to locate a suitable rental for me at a time during Covid 19 when car rental vehicles were not available. They immediately began to order parts and repair the vehicle as the parts were delivered. Painting of the vehicle confirmed their complete professionalism. The car appeared as though they repainted it in its entirety. It now looks like it was bought new from the dealer. There was absolutely no paint variance or tint difference of any kind. At the time of the accident there were groceries in the trunk. A 2 litre container of milk was damaged and all of its contents were throughout the trunk area. The car was given a most professional detailing to a point where not only was the spare tire removed for washing and cleaning; the trunk battery and all it’s contents were removed and cleaned as well. Champlain Auto Body did not contact me with these details and smelling orders from within the vehicle. They just had it done in a most professional way without bothering me, worrying me or arguing wit me on such details as should it be done or not or am I responsible to cover the costs or not. I have no hesitation in recommending Champlain Auto Body as I will certainly be returning there should the need arise in the future.

To be fair, the quality of their work was good. But the service I received was very poor. My SUV had gone to them after a minor collision. They had all of the body repairs done and they were taking my car from out of their shop to go get it aligned when they dropped their shop door on top of it, the mechanic backing my car out panicked and jumped out of the car, leaving it in reverse, and wrapped the drivers side door into the front fender. They did not take any pictures of my vehicle to show me the damage they had caused. Very sneaky. They fixed it and paid for my rental of course, but I will never ever take my vehicle back to them. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 star is because they did a good job on the repairs.
