Our experience with Lasca was amazing. Tracy was incredibly helpful and her suggestions were fantastic. Her recommendation to cut our peninsula to one level and add a bar fridge completely upgraded our main living space. She helped us with three bathrooms and our kitchen and our house is completely transformed! Installation was fast and efficient. If we need countertops again or have friends that need them we will be sending them Tracy’s way!

It has been very frustrating and disappointing experience, we continue working with them to have the issues resolved. We have received word from Lasca that they will no longer help resolve the issue. I will never deal with them again and I wish I would have know how incompetent and unreliable they are as a company. They do not consider customer satisfaction a value added service.

Tracy was great to work with! From the minute we entered the shop, she was interested in helping us find a kitchen countertop we would love, at a price within our budget. The process was smooth from choosing, to ordering, to installation… and all in about 5 weeks from start to finish! We would definitely work with her again on future projects.
