I cannot begin to explain how great the customer service was from Trojan today! I phoned them last minute asking not only can you drive me to work due to a sick co-worker, but also if they could facilitate getting the vehicle to me as I was stuck at work (due to sick co-worker and only other person at work with me today) until close. They just said "no problem!" Got my truck back by 4pm vacuumed and washed outstanding!

Went in to discuss some repairs needed via an ICBC claim. The staff were incredibly friendly and were able to explain what to expect in terms of work to be done and when. Everyone was masked and respected COVID restrictions which made me feel safe.

Excellent knowledgeable staff, helped get my car fixed back up and on the road after someone took my bumper off in a parking lot. Some delays as specific OEM parts needed to arrive but not the staff's fault. Overall great service.

Great service and very friendly staff! I was rear ended and had to have my car repaired. It was a tricky situation with my alberta insurance expiring while I was sorting everything out. They gave me multiple rides to and from the shop and went out of their way for me. Highly recomend.

This was the worst customer service that I have ever received in any industry. I brought my car in because of an ICBC claim and I dealt with nothing but incompetence and lies the whole time. After three months and having to bring my car back 4 times to address issues that they refused to fix, ICBC let me take it to a real autobody shop to get it fixed properly. I honestly don't know how this place is in business. My response to your reply below: Dear Stephanie and Damien, Here is my response to your reply as you seem to be genuinely confused and probably need some specific feedback. Stephanie- blaming me when your rental car didn't come and pick me up (by saying that all of a sudden I live too far away), when in fact it was because you didn't communicate properly with the rental company, is very unprofessional, and is in fact a lie. Do you think that blaming your customers when you haven't done your job is good customer service? Also, Stephanie, when you tell me (on another occasion) that I don't need a rental car because I already have my car at home (when my car is still in the shop), highlights your incompetence. Damien- when I have had to point out to you and your staff on three separate occasions that you hadn't fixed a scratch on my door, and you continued to try to tell me that it was just 'paint residue', that was not good customer service and certainly wasn't the best use of my time. In fact, you didn't fix the scratch on my door until ICBC got involved and spoke with you about it. Damien, you also never fixed the front of my car, and left the whole front of my car askew, so that my grill and headlights were crooked and emblem was off centre. As ICBC and I had already asked you to address the crookedness of the front of my car on more than one occasion, I felt that I was wasting my time with you and your company. You clearly do not take pride in your work and clearly have no interest in listening to your customers. You are well aware that I have not been happy with your repairs as you have been in communication with ICBC.

I am from the states and was on my way to port mcneil for a sea kayaking trip on a monday. 20 KM south of nanaimo I hit a deer. The next day I had to be in port mcneil. My car was towed to Trojan. They worked with me in the morning then after I left (and was totally out of cell phone coverage), worked with my stateside insurance company. They got my car driveable to the states and arranged for me to pick it up on Saturday morning although they were closed. They were pleasant and helpful and really made my life easier when I needed help. All knowing they would not be doing the repair and receiving very little compensation for the efforts. I would not hesitate to trust my repairs to them.

I went to trojan for an estimate on a dent in the fender . I had to make an appointment and come back the next day. The estimate took maybe a minute tops . The estimate was $3000 .I went to a body shop on Northfield same job $800 Trojan have a very nice waiting room . D o they wear a trojan when they screw you?

They do their best to serve their customers needs, being it they need temporary rental vehicle or bringing the vehicle to them after repair if needed. Everyone is great, friendly and diligent in doing their job. A professional team effort.

This place has a nice shiny building and the outside appearance is good however dealing with the people who run the place getting you in the door they say they'll do this they'll do that in such a way verbally once they get your business they do not do as they said they would do in that point even less I had to go back twice you have repairs done on their repairs I do not recommend these people to anybody

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Trojan Collision. All work done was top notch and they had it done faster than expected. Customer service was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. 10/10 Trojan Collision will be the first name I say to anyone who needs body work in Nanaimo!

I called at lunch to see if they could look at scuff I got in a parking lot. They saw me at the end of the day with no appointment needed, polished it out right there on the sidewalk, and wouldn’t take a payment. Best. Service. Ever. Over the years I have delt with them many times. 10+ To honest this is the only place I will take my vehicle and I live in Victoria. It really doesnt matter what the prob is, Maple Tree crushed your truck, Lady side swipes you trying to parallel parking or Rats eat all the wiring in the engine bay.. They can deal with everything..!!! I dont trust many places but there's ppl are amazing.. Stephanie and the desk is a star, and makes sure you are taken care of, Car rental or what ever you need. Always happy when I walk out that door.. If I could give them 10 stars I would.. Keep it up Trojan, you guys Rock!

Talk about VIP treatment. Stefanie and their amazing team made me feel so special. I came here to have some paint and bodywork done. From my initial consultation over the phone to precise moment promised for work to be completed it was a total home run here at Trojan Collision. This felt like a throwback to when customers were treated like VIP’s. Nice to see this type of service and workmanship is still alive and well! Just need to know where to find it. Over the top! Honestly I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Worst customer service I have ever had. They told us it would take 5 days to fix the small damage we had. It took them a month. No phone calls to explaining why it was taking so long. And when they finally said it would be done they promised it would be done on a Friday then they called and said oh we can't get it out until first thing Monday morning. We then had to sit around all day waiting for a phone call that no surprise never came. I had to call them and ask if it was ready. When we were finally able to get the car they said they had it detailed but there were finger prints all over the car and we noticed some splatter all across the passenger side of the car. When they came back they said it was something we drove through but then told us it had been there for awhile. Even though they had our car for a month. They left dents and scratches on the hood. Horrible service and I will be telling everyone I know never to go there.
