I wish I could leave zero stars. I took my car there following an accident because they are ICBC approved and they replaced one of my headlights and returned the car. Then I got pulled over and ticketed for no headlights. It turns out they returned the car without working headlights. So I took it back, they looked at it and told me that; "the switch in the car could fail at any time" and then said; "all we did was put a new headlight in, the fact that It worked when you dropped it off and doesn't work now is nothing to do with us." And to top it all off the $150.00 Gerber pocket knife that is always in the console is no longer there. But apparently they don't know anything about that either. So if you want a broken car and to have your property stolen then by all means take your car here.

Showed up to my scheduled appointment and they didn't have a rental car for me, Enterprise booked up. Perhaps they could have called ahead and had a car ready before booking me in? Listened to them blame Enterprise for a few minutes and taking no responsibility for their own error. I suggested that I could try another car rental company, I was told I was not allowed to rent from anyone else besides Enterprise as per my insurance company. False and misleading information, you can rent a car from anyone you choose. Took my business elsewhere.

This is the second time I have used Stone Bros Auto Body for my collision repairs! They go above and beyond. I had to go on a trip before the ICBC paperwork was approved for a rental car, and they fixed my fender enough so that I was able to drive it :D Of course when I got back to Nanaimo I gave them my car back. When I got my car back, it looked brand new! They did such a great job washing and vacuuming it. The repairs are flawless. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for collision repairs. Support your local businesses <3.

The staff was great! Very friendly and knowledgable. My car looks great, and was even was done ahead of schedule! I was setup with a rental onsite too. Would definately return!! ...although, I kinda hope I don't need to...haha!

Exceptional service today. Went in looking for an estimate and was given a quick easy no charge fix. I could have easily been ripped off. Didn't hit the stars on my first post. Definitely wanted to give a 5 star rating.

Drove in perfectly operating vehicle for minor frontal damage and vehicle came out undrivable after their repair was done and got blamed for vehicle condition. I had to bring a toewing truck and have vehicle repaired at a different facility for damage that they had caused on my own finance. I highly recommend to avoid this place as their conducting dishonesty and dishonorable business.

Just had my 2009 Tacoma painted , these guys are formerly Stone Bros auto body with a lot of the same staff . The place does fabulous work , the front desk lady is very caring , the new owner and manager are so very honest and listen to every detail you request . They went above and beyond . Highly recommended .
